My salesperson, Anubha, was awesome and really helped me pick the frames that suited me best. She was incredibly helpful and attentive. Michelle also provided great assistance, along with the other staff members. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends for their excellent service and care. 10/10

They took over an hour to get to me. The lenses were overpriced at almost $400 for lenses only. The waiting area was crowded and too noisy. I have to pay overtime for parking which would have been free if I was seen at my appointment time. I didn't feel respected at all.
