I was very pleased with my first visit here. Didn't have to wait long to get an appointment. Easy access, parking wasn't an issue. Doctor is very nice, caring. I also bought my new frames and prescription there which I received in about 8 days. Front desk was very helpful helping me pick my frames. For animal lovers, the two dogs there are a bonus.

Woke up this morning and broke my glasses, so I was scrambling to find a place nearby work. I found this spot on Google and I'm so glad I did! Walked in and JT was super friendly from the start. They accepted my insurance and were able to get me in for a same-day appointment on a Friday, which I really appreciated.
JT went above and beyond helping me, and the whole experience was smooth. Dr. Camen was also amazing. Very personable and patient. She took her time during my exam and didn't rush me, even when I struggled to try contacts (with long nails, no less) because I refuse to go back to glasses. I totally failed today, but she was kind and encouraging the whole time.
I'll definitely be back Monday to try again. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, and doctors who truly care.

My lens' popped out of my glasses in the middle of my work day. Out of desperation, I found the closest optometrist to my workplace and it happened to be Rio Vista. They were able to pop the lens' back into my frames no problem and even tightened and straightened my frames. I swear they are better than ever now. I was so shocked by their kindness! I will definitely return and recommend this spot to anyone asking!
