Selection of glass frames: 5 stars Pricing: 3 stars Customer Service: 1 star The Sharp Optical Dept. on Fir St. has an impressive array of (expensive) glass frames but completely unimpressive staff members who offer little to no customer service. I was ignored both times I entered the area, standing for over 10 minutes without acknowledgement, and finally having to call out & ask for help. Both women I encountered (a blond woman and another named "Germaine") acted annoyed I was there and were curt & unfriendly. They also gossiped & complained - in front of me! - about their colleagues and work. Incredibly unprofessional. I won't be back.

Been coming here for years and ever since my first time I have been stopped all the time with each and every pair of glasses from here and asked "Where did you get those frames". Also having been elsewhere before I found this shop, I can attest that their progressive lenses are superior to any other shop I tried.
