I had an overall great experience here. The doctor was great and explained what she was doing each step of the way, and brought me along in the process. It was overall a warm atmosphere between the doctor and the guy helping process insurance and pick out glasses. They had a great selection of frames, and they were really honest and helpful with pricing. I also appreciated the honest opinions when I was trying on different glasses, and their patients along the way when I kept trying on new pairs. Will certainly be back next year!

I went into specs hoping to get my ray ban sunglasses adjusted and Ryan was so helpful! He made small adjustments until they fit me perfectly, and it was completely free! The next time I want to purchase sunglasses I'm definitely coming here :) thanks again, Ryan!

I had stopped in to get a coffee at James coffee company and saw that specs was in this space and my sunglasses needed adjusting and Sofia adjusted them for me perfectly. Her customer service was remarkable and this little space is very adorable if you're looking for glasses. The customer service is just simply above and beyond!

Freddy was awesome and helped me straighten out my crooked pair of Ray Bans! He carefully made incremental adjustments to the nose pieces and frame to readjust them, and was mindful in explaining their best-effort policy before starting (in case something should break). I didn't mind that because if I were trying to do what he did to fix them I almost certainly would have broken them. Super!!

Specs has a great selection of high end independent eye wear. I've always gone to their shop on India street and I love the atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and will help you pick out a great fame for your face. Shout out to Jordan who helped me get a great pair of Dita's. I get compliments on my frames every day, plus they're comfortable!

I just recently started needed glasses, and somebody suggested this shop near where I live. I was super happy with the service I received. Michelle answered all my questions and walked me through the whole exam process. I got a great pair of glasses that fit me perfectly and the price was right. I will definitely go back there when its time for a new pair.

Dr. Fitzpatrick and Sofia are absolutely amazing. I moved to San Diego during the pandemic and was nervous about finding a new optometrist. I was struggling a bit after my screen time increased significantly working from home and being on zoom all day. The experience I had with Dr. Fitzpatrick and Sofia has renewed my faith in healthcare practitioners. Initially I also had a scratched cornea that was painful- Dr. Fitzpatrick helped me navigate insurance, coupons, pricing until she got me the best eye drops and walked me through how that impacted my vision prescription. they were also patient with me while figuring out how much my prescription had changed over the pandemic.
