The optometrists are very nice but the office seems disorganized at times. They were updating insurance registration, someone said they would call me back in two weeks and no one did. Although in network, the benefits aren't showing up and the front desk staff seemed to expect the patient to understand what to do.

What an amazing experience! I got a contact lens stuck behind my eye, had a very last minute walk in on a Friday, and from the amazing young woman who was the receptionist, and absolutely Dr. Lee....
I simply don't have enough positive things to say! If I lived in this area, as I was here visiting only, it would be a snap of my fingers to make her my primary eye doctor. Thank you so much for the incredible care and attention and amazing attitude and personalities. So appreciative!

Even though I didn't get my glasses here, they made me an immediate appointment to have my glasses adjusted. They were really bad, but Alice was amazing. She kept working on them until they were as good as they possible.

This used to be the very best place around to get eyeglasses. Since Covid, calls are not answered, follow up on orders is not made and there is a real disconnect with long-time customers who have always supported them. Unfortunately, they have seen the last of me and my business.
