Great for last minute replacements and design selection. This is the 3rd time Ive purchased glasses here. I broke my glasses at 9am, went in at 1pm and had 3 new pairs of prescription glasses ready for pick up at 4pm! Hard to beat that. Plus the team is super helpful. I forgot the guy who helped me name.... salt and pepper and really cool yellow to blue eyes... anyways all of them are helpful! Hightly recommend!

Love this place! Just met with Billy who helped me pick out a new pair of readers. Unlike a lot of shops they'll also fit new lenses into old frames so I can upgrade my Hackett London readers. Here visiting for the weekend, and my glasses were accidentally stepped on. I went to 4 other shops (optometry stores) who weren't able to fix them before a last chance effort in finding Unoptical. Denise meticulously disassembled the frame and was able to make them back to its original shape. She clearly has the repair skills that nobody else had. Totally amazing and thankful for Denise's help!

I went in for my annual vision check with their optometrist and for my distance vision had changed again. I d coded to get new glasses and have been regular about using them to watch tv and driving. I decided to have some driving sunglasses made too.
The Dr was very nice and helpful explaining all the tests and what they were for. I feared having the dye put in my eye to have it dilated and there was an alternative.
I have used them for three years and highly recommend the Dr and sales staff. It's fun getting glasses here.

The service here is amazing. Got a set of progressive lenses with transitions coating earlier this year. They got scratched yesterday. Went in to find out options. They got me set up with a warranty repair on them (takes about a week to get back) and they were able to get me into a new pair of single-vision glasses for a reasonable price in under 15 minutes! If you want stylish frames, great eye care, and THE nicest people working with you, I highly recommend this place.

I went in here a few days ago to check out their prices as I already had my prescription from somewhere else. Monique greeted me and gave me the information that I requested. She was very pleasant and I said that I would be back in a few days. She put in my information to get a head start so when I return today March 2nd 2023. All I had to do was choose my sunglass frame and a polarization color that I liked. I chose the Big Package and the total was $299. Excellent price and Marc Jacob frames. Looking forward to getting them in a couple of weeks. Customer service couldn't be better. If I could I get them 10 stars. Thank you on optical for hiring people that are knowledgeable.
