I chose Vision Boutique Optometry in San Diego based on positive reviews, but my experience was opposite and extremely disappointing. While the optometrist was professional and knowledgeable, the front-desk staff were the complete opposite rude, disorganized, and untrained. My $900 glasses were ordered incorrectly twice, taking over a month to receive, and when they finally arrived, the frames broke within days. The staff showed no accountability, no apology, and no sense of urgency to fix the issue. The manager, Alan, was never available, and calls were never returned. This office clearly lacks customer service, leadership, and basic professionalism. If you only need an eye exam, fine but if you value respect, competence, or timely service, go elsewhere.
