I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mansur Nurdel. Dr. Del has been my husband and my eye doctor for many years. We lived in the Denver area when we first were seen by him. We continued to see him when we moved to South Fork, CO, four hours away. Now we still see him for our annual visits, and we live in Rio Rancho, NM, six hours away. He has always taken a thorough and professional interest in our eye health, our physical health and our lives in general. We consider him a "friend" as well as a doctor.
The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. You will be well taken care of here!

From beginning to end, I had a very disappointing experience. After two visits for new contacts, Dr. Koh told me that the lenses I received were "the best she could do" and that I would need to compromise on my vision. Despite paying extra for a contact lens fitting, I was only given two options to try before being told not to return.
Because my benefits had already been used at Eye to Eye, I had to spend an additional $260 at another practice--where they fit me with the perfect pair on the first try and offered a full 90-day period for adjustments if needed.
While the staff was friendly, I received a lot of incorrect information, and I had to follow up twice just to get documents I was supposed to receive. The office manager, Jullian, was also unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the process.
There is simply no excuse for such a poorly run practice. I will not be returning, and I want others to be aware of my experience.

Tried to be a new patient but ended up leaving instead. Upon arrival we were informed that the retina scan was not covered by insurance so there would be a payment required before the exam. It felt kind of blindsiding and something that should have been brought up when the appointment was made. Or at least a follow up phone call. The lady at the front desk then proceeded to continue with what I can only describe as a sales pitch. She never once took a breath while she continued to tell us about ability share the images with anyone who may need it in the future and how it can help check for diabetes and other diseases. She blabbered for so long that both of us tuned her out. It just felt like SUCH a sales pitch. We left. It's a shame because the reviews of the doctors are great.
