I had an appointment today, and everything was 5 stars from beginning to end! I saw Dr. Phi and he was so thorough, kind, personable, and knowledgeable! He told me things my previous providers never did to help diagnose the cause of my red eyes and how to help treat the problem and not continue my dependency on lumify eye drops. Great advice to help me with my current vision struggles and how it impacts my overall health. After my exam I was helped by Aly and she was very patient, kind, personable, and soooo helpful in hearing what I was looking for in frames and helping pick out potential winners based on my feedback. After we found my perfect pair she took the time to explain the breakdown of the cost and the benefit of adding things that cost extra so I would know if it was worth my money. I love that they offer an annual warranty for $29 which is well worth the money. I HIGHLY recommend you go in to pick glasses, I have done the online store, and this is a much more detailed service, and there is no extra cost to it. I love the technology and how easy it is to schedule an appointment but they don't lose the human touch. Overall could not be any happier and highly recommend them! Great service, frame selection, technology, and convenience!

incredibly helpful staff. Front desk and opticians were able to help me find out what my insurance benefits were and got me the Meta glasses I have been dreaming of. Will definitely be back next year!

Excellent experience start to finish! Booking was a breeze and the office was welcoming. Dr. Vervaet, Maddy, and Bri were efficient, attentive, and caring. Fantastic all around!

Fantastic and friendly service from start to finish! Was able to get some glasses and sunglasses and from Niko and they're working out great so far.

So I walked in there today. I sat down after my eye exam. My wife had a prescription from another place. She already talked to front desk.She needed contacts. She has insurance she was quoted $80 . She sat down with the lady that Orders glasses she was told that'll be $160. After talking to her, she decides that she will honor the $80. After my visit there, the receptionist says those don't fit you and screw me into a pair of glasses that are $100 more. I ended up picking out a pair of sunglasses, she recommend me, after the conversation we had. The price changed at least three times and she said I was getting 50% off. After looking online when I got home. That's hardly the case unless they're Marking their material material of 100%. I do not recommend this place. I think the crooks I don't know how they pay their people, but it sounds like so sort of Trashy commission to the ladies that sell the merchandise. As far as the eye doctor go, they are amazing, but I would just recommend going there To get your prescription and go elsewhere. Sorry, very disappointed.

I normally don't write reviews, but the service I got from Dr Leuenberger was excellent, because my eyes had RK surgery many years ago my contact prescription is very finicky, he dedicated a lot of time and patience until things were exactly right. I would like to mention also Madi Mae his assistant, she goes beyond the call of duty by a lot, she makes you feel special while doing more tests than any other technician I have worked with, before. Madi Mae should be promoted to train the other Techs, she does a lot more in the same time, as the others, while she makes feel special.

I really enjoyed my first visit with My Eye Dr. Dr. Leuenberger was very thorough in his exam and very pleasant. His assistant (I missed her name, but she was from North Carolina) was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. Bri was so knowledgeable with insurance and helped me pick out a nice pair of frames. I felt like she really helped me get "the most bang for my buck" and I was able to order 2 frames and a year supply of contacts for what I believe to be a reasonable price. They even threw in a free pair of sunglasses! The lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient getting me checked in. Thanks for a great visit!
