My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Sobhi was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and cared for. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and professional, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a practice that combines clinical excellence with such a high level of personal attention.

I had a great experience at this location and highly recommend Dr Sobhi. I was very nervous about a floater in my eye due to past complications. Dr Sobhi took her time and even double checked the images to make sure it's not a major problem. I felt reassured and feeling better after my visit.

Dr. Quinton was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She explained the whole process to me. I felt heard and respected. The supportive staff were phenomenal too. Seriously the best experience ever. The optical staff, specifically Samantha, she was incredible. I literally brought my husband over to pick his own frames the following day.

I visited this eye exam place for the first time. The person who examined my eyes said that there is nothing she can do about my eyesight. She will refer me to an eye doctor, which never happened. After the useless eye exam, I presented my insurance card and they charged me a deductible fee. As this charge was not enough, they mail me another bill as well ( double charging ). This is going to be the last time this place sees me. What a waste of my time and money. They were not able to help me with my eyesight a bit, they also tried to rip me off by charging me twice. I would avoid going to this place at all costs. They are very dishonest.

I had called to book an eye exam for my son and talked to someone on the phone. Date was set and a few days later I get a call saying they had double booked me so they moved my appointment. I rescheduled to a time that worked for me instead on their online booking. I got a call days later saying the doctor was not in at that time and needed to cancel my appointment. I went online again to look at open dates and found 3/3 at 1:30 available. I received a confirmation text at around noon that day. When I showed up, the front desk lady (red head) looked at us confused and was super awkward. When I told her I was checking in she said that wasn't possible because they didn't have a doctor there that day. She said they had called me, but I had no missed calls. I showed her the confirmation text I received and she said they leave you booked when they haven't heard from you. Made no sense. I can't speak to the service actually provided, but if you're a parent, scheduling an appointment, this place is not ideal. I took my son out of school and rearranged my work schedule for these appointments and they were incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. A giant waste of time.

I ordered my glasses after my annual eye checkup and its been multiple visits to the store and my order has been messed up. Initially my insurance details were not corrected by the store from my last year's order. Then when the insurance got sorted out, my new glasses were ordered with the wrong lens!! I have made 4 visits to the store so far wasting my time and effort. The worst part is the store staff don't seem to care about our time spent due to their mistakes and there is no apology, it is business as usual. I have submitted 2 requests through their online contact us form to reach out to the Doctor/Manager in charge but I did not get any response to them too. I have never experienced such a pathetic customer service. I will not recommend this store to anyone who values time and good customer service.

This was the first time I visited here and I picked it since it was close to my house. I went to another more expensive ophthalmologist a couple of years ago that gave me too strong of a prescription and I never wore the glasses. HD Eye Care rechecked my eyes and prescription and I was able to get glasses that are much better! The staff and doctor are caring and made me feel important. The glasses showed up quickly and the staff made sure I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for a simple adjustment, and they ended up breaking my frames. Instead of owning up to it, they tried to hide it by just handing them back with the lens out. When I confronted them, they refused to help and actually accused me of lying, suggesting the frame was already broken when I arrived. The lack of integrity and basic customer service here is unbelievable. Avoid this place if you value your glasses.
