Target Optical

Dr. Le is absolutely fantastic I cannot recommend him enough, he was patient and listened to my concerns and was very good at providing the help I needed. He went above and beyond what I could have possibly expected from an eye doctor. I dont have eye insurance but his prices are incredibly reasonable and affordable for what he provides and unlike much of the medical field it does not break the bank. Hes a great guy and he has made me look forward to my yearly eye exams

I had the best experience. My new glasses and frames are perfect. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable and listened to everything. The front desk was extremely helpful. My new purple glasses look fabulous!

Alla helped me out today with fixing my glasses, she was very friendly and timely with her work. I would recommend coming to see her and will definitely be back for future needs!

I stopped in to see if they could adjust a pair of glasses that I did not purchase from them. Jenelle was so helpful and kind, showing me how they made the adjustment. And all at no charge! I highly recommend Target Optical on Sergeant John Stiles Drive.

The experience of buying glasses from Target was not fun. The service at this location solidified my decision to return my purchase. I received my glasses with a lens popped out. I did my best to replace but was unsure if it was done correctly. Additionally the glasses did not sit well on my face out of the box. I was under the impression that Target would be able to adjust and look at my glasses once I received them. Even the website states "Join us in store for an individualized fitting session with one of our experts to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your new eyewear." When I went to the in-store optical (with my receipt), I was told that I could only receive service if I purchased my glasses in store. I was told that "Target Optical" and "Target Optical Dot Com" were different companies and I needed to reach out to target optical dot com for any fitting, service, or issues. Store would not even look to see if the lens was correctly replaced, much less help me get them fitted.

Our son traveled home to Colorado from Wisconsin for Christmas and contact lenses went missing along the way. We called Target here in Colorado and since that is where he gets them in Wisconsin, they could see his profile. They gave him two five pack trial sizes on the house. What a nice Xmas gift!

Azra was amazing. She had to search for the right screw to repair my glasses and she didn't stop until she found it. Really appreciate her customer service.

Walked into target optical to have a screw replaced to sunglasses that were not a brand target sells. They were so kind and quick to replace the screw at no charger. I use target optical for my optometrist needs and often purchase my sunglasses and glasses from them. Yet this pair of sunglasses were an off brand. After looking at the glasses in the shop. I am going back to target for my glasses needs.
