Loock Perfect Image Eyecare

I had my first visit at this eye care center yesterday and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was greeted promptly, the appointment ran on time, and Dr. Aschenbrenner was thorough, informative, and never made me feel rushed. It's great to have a local eye care center that I would absolutely feel comfortable recommending.

Highly recommended, fabulous practice! The doctors and all staff members are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. Each visit over the last 5+ years has been nothing but exemplary of how any medical visit should be.

This is the only eye doctor I will go to! I've seen both doctors and they are both fantastic. My glasses always turn out perfect and last a long time!

Have been coming here for a couple of years now, and really love it. They're always quick and efficient getting you in and back to the doctor, and everyone at the desk is friendly. Dr. Aschenbrenner is wonderful and always answers all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love Dr. Loock and have been a patient of hers for over a decade. Unfortunately, I had to switch eye doctors this year because of a new job that does not have a flexible schedule. There used to be Saturday hours but they are a thing of the past. Their website says they are open until 7 but the latest appointment is 5:30; I'm off at 6 and was asking for a 6:30 appointment since Saturdays are not an option. Whomever I spoke with on the phone could've cared less when I said I would have to switch eye doctors because of the hours. I felt that she could've at least ask Dr. Loock for an exception for a 6:30 appointment or done something considering how long I've been a patient and never once no-showed. That was disheartening but she at least ordered some trials for me so I had time to find a new eye doctor. After the experience I had with the new eye doctor, it left an even bigger pit in my stomach because I was rushed and my prescription is all wrong. The service I received is the complete opposite of how thorough Dr. Loock is. Please, please, please consider taking later appointments or being open on some Saturdays. I will gladly return when that happens.

Dr. Aschenbrenner was great. She took a considerable amount of time covering a ton of detail that I needed to be caught up on after not having seen an eye doctor for 20+ years. I feel like she really went above and beyond and I walked away knowing significantly more about my current eyesight status, how to manage it moving forward, and what to expect later in life. Extremely informative. The facility was very nice, the equipment all seemed new and up-to-date, and the front desk staff/technicians were all super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for an eye doctor in Highlands Ranch or surrounding areas.

I was a patient since the inception of the practice and always received good but expensive care. Recently and for the first time I tried to get help to make sure I didn't lose a contact still in my eye. Without an exam they would only see me for a 95 dollar up front charge. I must've spent thousands on glasses and contacts with them over the years. They said even if they found nothing it was 95 for "chair time." I declined that offer and they literally laughed me out of the office. I see their reviews reflect my experience that the vast majority are 4 years or older. Be safe out there everyone the wolves are out.

This seems to be a yearly thing but once again I feel like I need to sing the praises of this business. In a world where customer service is lacking in many places these guys really nail it and it starts from those who greet you to the doctor. I've seen both doctors over the years but really have to give kudos to Dr. Aschenbrenner as she really is awesome. She's super friendly, feels like a friend who knows and cares about you but at the same time is very professional and thorough. Of note, Dr. Looke is her sister so you can imagine she's also excellent. Anybody looking for an eye doctor or just in needs of glasses, contacts, etc would do well to use this business. They really are great and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thanks again for such great service!
