I recently purchased glasses at this store. It was a terrible and negative experience. Upon entering the store, I informed the woman at the desk, who was sucking on a lollipop and staring at the computer screen, that I am looking for new glasses. Without even looking at me, she gestured toward the other employee. I asked the "Eyewear Consultant" how the frames were organized and she provided a vague, useless answer. I eventually found a frame that I preferred and informed the employee. She stated that she would get to me soon and that she was "so busy" today. I waited and then she was able to help me. At first, she could not figure out how to enter my prescription, as my doctor had written it as a dual prescription if I chose progressive lenses. I only wanted the prescription for nearsightedness. The employee was completely confused. Throughout the transaction, she continued to state that she is "so busy" today. Then, she told me that the payment for the frames, polycarbonate single vision lenses, anti-reflective and scratch coating would be over $200. This was not correct. With my insurance, I should have been paying well under $100. She pulled up my insurance and she saw that the frames should be discounted by $250. She showed me the screen, and I could see in another window that the scratch coating was completely covered. The lenses and anti-reflective coating are also covered but have a copay. I purchased the glasses and when I later looked at the receipt, it stated "Patient declined to purchase extended warranty." At no time did she offer a warranty for the glasses. Being "busy" is no excuse for poor job performance. That is why people are being paid to work. I recommend that MyEyeDr customers visit the store at 5116 S Broadway for exceptionally better service.

I had a great experience at MyEyeDr in Highlands Ranch today! The entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. My eye exam was thorough and clearly explained, and Dr. Wilson took the time to answer all my questions. The staff helped me pick out new glasses that look amazing and fit perfectly. You can tell they really care about their patients and love what they do. In and out in about 1 hour. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for excellent eye care and customer service!

I happened to stop in the Highlands Ranch "MyeyeDr" location to see if they could help me with repairing a few pairs of sunglasses (not purchased here nor are they prescription). Francia was so helpful and promptly repaired my sunglasses and cleaned them up free of charge. I offered to pay, but she refused, so I figured the next best thing is to write a review. I would come back and get my scripts through them next time around for sure!

It may cost me almost $1,000 every time I come in, but the staff here always make it worth the expense. I love my care team here, they are educated, fun and supportive. They walk through every aspect of the appointment and discuss what is best for your situation not what is best for their bottom line. I cannot tell you all the ways that having a good eye doctor supports your overall health, you will just have to head in and see for yourself. Thank you Dr. Wilson, and all the awesome office staff!

Every time I go in this place I remember why I come here from across town. Because their service is so exceptional. Everyone is very pleasant and smiling and helpful. They always make me feel welcome. Today I worked with Francie who helped realign my eyeglasses perfectly. Like everyone else, she was so kind and detailed and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. Which I was, and I always am at this place. I'll keep coming back year after year and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. Wonderful group of people and exceptional service! David

My Eye Dr in Highlands Ranch - Both Francia Ortiz and Armand C. Took care of my eye glass order with accuracy and went above and beyond my expectations. My glasses were back a day early and it took less than 10 minutes to get them back on my face to drive home. Great experience.

My Hero! They saved the day for me today with a quick fix that I could not do (didn't have the correct tiny screw). Bonus! No charge! These are my daily shades, my guilty pleasure of high quality eyewear so the fix was vital ahead of them doing some hard duty next week. But their service goes beyond this quick fix in that they have been my eye doctor for years keeping me in good eye health for my contact lenses. Another Bonus - they provide free contact replacement for loss and rip - something I have used a LOT and its great peace of mind for those common lens rips. Can, and do, strongly recommend!

I can't say enough about this establishment. I stopped in to see if I could get my uncles glasses fixed, he lives in a Memory Care nearby. Not only did they happily take on the job, they did it quickly so that I didn't have to drive back from Castle Rock to pick them up. I was able to stay in the area, visit my uncle and pick them up a short time later. Super nice people, Great customer service!
