I was greeted quickly and moved through the process quickly. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only issues I have were the glasses were not marked with prices. Check out was not explained what things cost what. I could have asked, but I expected a receipt with details. I'm still waiting for an email with my prescription and possibly a detailed receipt? I plan to ask for one.

People are wonderful. The doctor was very nice. I wasn't feeling good from surgery and they got me in an out quickly. The only thing I would change had nothing to do with my experience in the store except you asking questions that are totally unrelated to my eyes, which I've never answered in my life getting an eye exam I found it ridiculous and I really wasn't OK with that part so if you wanna make something better don't be asking people questions that don't have to do With your eyes

The great people at Pearl Vision Highlands Ranch did such a great job for my wife, my 97 year old mother and for me.
The doctor was thorough in the exam. We felt like we were getting the best technology and the most knowledgeable medical care and advice possible. And we are delighted with our new lenses and frames. Gabby provided great direction as we determined the best lenses and frames for each of us.
They gained full advantage of our insurance to end up with very affordable glasses for each of us.

I've been going to this location for years and they are all so friendly and just great people! The new doctor is great! I can't remember his name but made sure I didn't feel pressured into progressive lens yet. Kia is an absolute sweetheart! Gabriella is an absolute delight and very helpful hunting down the perfect frames! Even though Danielle is no longer there, her husband still works there and is so helpful and just a cool guy to talk to(sorry I'm so bad at names).even though there have been tons of changes recently they are still our eyecare family and we love them all! Highly recommend!

I am a first timer with Pearle Vision. Truthfully I went because it's close to home and they take my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised with how absolutely amazing they are! I have only gone to Visionworks my entire life but had to switch insurance and find a new doctor. I had a way better experience here and everyone was so wonderful, especially Bernie! Any question I had, he or my doctor answered and they were so patient with me and beyond kind. They helped me wherever they could. Their bubbly personalities made me feel so comfortable which is much appreciated! I enjoyed their glasses selection as well. Definitely give them a go, you won't be disappointed!!

My visit was fine. I had an eye exam and purchased glasses and sunglasses.
I am surprised no other review has mentioned the 3% charge for using credit cards; that was a surprise. Now that I know, I can go elsewhere next year.
I realized after I left that I was not given an itemized receipt for my glasses purchase, just the credit card slip. That was disappointing and I'll have to get it when I pick up my glasses. It always makes me wonder if something is being hidden from me when a receipt is not freely given.
Edited: After posting this review, I received an itemized invoice in my email. I appreciate that extra step and I increased my rating. Things do get overlooked and I appreciate their going the extra step to get me what I needed.
