Such a great practice. Always the same friendly, wonderful staff. Never ever had an issue. I would recommend this office for anyone looking for a new eye doctor. The ladies who fit you for glasses are also exceptional! They go above and beyond as well to make sure that you are put into the correct frame and are happy with your choice! I love coming for my yearly visit just for the friendliness of the staff!

Fabulous! Dr. Filchak was wonderful! He listened to my issues, & asked lot of great questions. He was very thorough. And Nancy....WOW! I have been wearing glasses for many years & never have I had someone spend so much time helping me to pick the best frames for my face. Nancy is awesome, and I can't wait to get my new glasses!!

Dr Filchack was recommended to me by family and friends. However, when I set up my first appointment they said they take both Medicare and Connect Insurance. Everything went well and I didn't get billed. 3 months later, I needed an appointment for an eye infection and they charged me a copay and said they do not take the supplement insurance through Connect and that they never did. One time they take it, another time they do not. What gives??? Not very reliable on their office policies. WATCH OUT for their billing.

Had an appointment for myself and my 4 year old son. Everyone was extremely sweet to my son and made his experience effortless. Dr. Filchak was great with him and incredibly patient with a 4 year who doesn't like to sit still. We will be customers for life.

I work in the same plaza Dr. Filchak's is located. One of the nose pads and screws popped off of my glasses at work and I called to see if by chance they would be able to help me. The receptionist told me to come on over and they would fix it for me. They fixed my glasses in 5 minute for free though I'm not even a client of theirs. So professional and SO nice!

I broke my glasses and took them to Dr. Filchak's office today to have one of the lenses replaced. I was told that the replacement lens may have a different appearance than the original one. When I inquired as to whether or not this would be an obvious difference that would be noticeable without looking closely, I was told that they weren't sure, probably not, but that I wouldn't have the option to return them if the difference was obvious and I was not happy with it. I was floored! These were a 700.00 pair of glasses that I purchased from Dr. Filchak less than one year ago. In the past I have been happy with my glasses purchased there and if I had a problem, the staff worked to resolve it. Today, that was NOT the case. I left with my broken glasses and will take them to another eye Dr. for repair.

I had a situation where i wanted to try multifocal lens as i need them for far and near. Dr. Filchak was exceedingly patient as it took many fittings to get these to work right, and we finally figured out a solution that worked. I also had new glasses fitted and and an old pair of lens were replaced -! I was very happy with the service and whole staff and would highly recommend them all around!

Dr Filchak seems to be fine, however the people who answer the phones are terrible. Several people answered the phone and they don't call you back as promised. Some of them are rude. You have to keep calling, repeat the same question, and they don't record when and why you called previously. Typos on the prescription form and still have not corrected, hence you cannot order your glasses. License # is missing on the prescription form signed by the doctor!
