Excellent process for filling my prescription. Quite professional in his presentation of products and their features But he also worked with me on my glasses selection under the constraints of insurance and affordability. I'll be going back again next time.

The practice is excellent. All of the staff are friendly, polite, professional, and skilled, and the office uses impressive, advanced technology.

I go to the Southbury office. I am very happy with the great service I receive from everyone there. But the shining star of the office is Guy Uhran, the optician. I have worn glasses for about 50 years, dealing with numerous eye care offices, optometrists, techs, & opticians. As far as opticians go, Guy is The Best in the business and the best I have ever dealt with. His knowledge of his craft is outstanding. Add to that his great personality, and friendliness. He always takes his time with every patient, going above and beyond to ensure that everything is right with their glasses. If there is an issue, he takes care of it. My eyes are very sensitive to change & certain other things so I tend to be very picky about my glasses. Guy just takes care of my issues, explaining things in his usual friendly manner. Dr. Salem, tech Lacy, optometrist Guy, and office staff were all excellent-each in his or her own role. Technology is current; the feeling in the office was relaxed and made me comfortable. This was my first eye doctor's visit since moving from Massachusetts where I went to the same eye doctor for 15 years. I was very impressed with how the office is run as well as the friendliness and expertise of Dr. Salem and Guy who both explained things clearly. Lacy the tech knew exactly how to administer all the pre-exam tests I needed.

I am so grateful for Dr. Salem! Her level of expertise, compassion and kindness are supreme. She and her team took immediate care of me in my time of need and comforted me when I was nervous about my eye health. I appreciate her and everyone in the office!

I love this Southbury office. Everyone from Lisa, to Guy to all of the front desk are so great. And Dr. Nicole Adam is absolutely the best! A kind, calm, and understanding doctor...and so respectful and polite. I was very impressed after my first visit with her. Keep up your good work Dr. Adam and Southbury office!!

I brought my son into this practice for an exam, contact lens fitting, and new glasses. This was my first time at this office. The office is clean, organized, and there is plenty of seating. The music that was playing was perfect - no annoying pop! The staff at the front desk are welcoming, professional, and accommodating. They worked with me to make it affordable as I do not have insurance. The doctor is very friendly and thorough, as my son's blood pressure was elevated enough to warrant concern, of which we would not have been aware otherwise. There is a decent selection of frames to choose from. The optician made appropriate recommendations for my son, who is not particularly careful with his things, to minimize the likelihood of breaking his new glasses. We will definitely be returning there for care in the future.
