Once you get past the office staff, the doctor is awesome. But it's not always easy to get past the office staff. When I finally connected with this doctor, I was happy that I didn't give up. I can now recommend care with confidence. Revised Above: Absolute incompetence on every level possible. Four referrals, four months waiting for an "urgent appointment," and this office still can't figure it out and set up an appointment. Different story every time you call. Doctor can't possibly be better than his support staff. It is aggravating, frustrating, and not worth the trouble. Find a competent doctors group. This is not it. Avoid.
