I just don't get it. I took the earliest appointment so I don't wait. 7:30 am. I am sitting here waiting with 5 other patients. I see the staff coming in after 7:30 except for the 2 receptionists. 7:50 before I see someone pickup the fist paper. Why do they give us early appointments if no one is here to take care of you? Once you are taken in charge the staff is friendly and nice. I don't get it.

Excellent. Appointment was quick to make. Staff was respectful and efficient explaining the steps. Dr Doyle was compassionate, professional and took time out to explain what was going on and I felt comfortable asking questions. I recommend this awesome eye care office. Reasonable fees. Thank you all God bless you all. I also had to make another appointment and they gave me one within a few weeks for a procedure.

Dr. Yavitz has always been very knowledgeable and professional with my eye appointments. I have been his patient for years and never been disappointed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to share information. I definitely will continue with him for further eye appointments and concerns.

I am posting this review to both the eye care center and the doctors page I need someone to look into this and contact me! I dont know what to say except I left feeling bad about myself. My entire exam took 10 minutes ncluding having my eyes dilated. Both the doctor and the tech answered my questions with one word responses. Without really answering my questions? When asking me to read the chart with the machine she kept spinning the dials so quick I didn't have time to process which letter was better or worse "1 or 2" I kept saying I don't know and she kept moving along. I was then told my prescription did not change, I still asked for a copy of it which i checked against my last prescription from my regular eye doctor and the entire script was different??? I went to look at the frames to pick out glasses and none of them were marked with prices. I asked how I was supposed to know the cost. She said "pick out what you want and I will look it up" I don't know about you but I don't operate that way. I want to know how much all the frames cost before picking!. That is when i walked out.. i was also told that my insurance does not cover the glasses but when I went home and checked I found out that they are covered??? The whole experience was surreal. Can someone in the office please call me as I need an answer as to why I was told glasses were not covered when they are and why I was told my script had not changed when it has. I now need glasses and can not get another exam as only one is covered per year and I am afraid to get glasses with the script I was given and my old one is expired. Please help me. My appointment was today at 325. Thank u.

Before Covid-19 I had a good impression of the practice. Post Covid-19 they pulled a Jekyll and Hyde, service was awful, the prescription and glasses from them and an online source are terrible. It took 6 weeks for my glasses to come in, I ordered bifocals only and they were delivered in 4 weeks and were a tad better but still worse than my old glasses. My 6 year old glasses are better at nearly all distances. First time in my life a new prescription for glasses didn't bring new clarity to my eyes. The computer customer phone service interface only lets you leave messages. I'm done with them.

My eyes stay red, have been for years. My previous doctor said "Well, you just have red eyes" I told Dr. Doyle that they stay red and burn so much i hard to stop wearing mascare. He asked me a few questions, looked in my eyes and explained what was wrong. The oil under my eyelids have thickened so much it is causing my eye irritation. Recovery is simple, but slow. THANK You Dr. Doyle . Oh, the staff is friendly too

We were well cared for from the time we entered the practice until we left.I wish I could recall all their names but let me say they were terrific. Very warm and welcoming office and staff was friendly and professional. Went in anticipating an eye exam and new glasses. Im going back for cataract surgery....no glasses anymore! Best news ever!
