Ive been going here for over 20 years and I have to say I would never go anywhere else! Dr. Shu is funny and just an amazing man and knows what hes talking about.. Hes great with kids and takes his time with them to make them feel comfortable.. You will be happy if you and your family decide to go here!

Delaware Family Eye Center has given me great eye care. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and Dr Suh makes the experience very pleasant. You won't complain about going to the eye dr if you come here. They are organized and very helpful. Although they do not carry eye glasses in the facility, they always provide you with your eye prescription so you can order them from wherever you want and a very affordable eye site to order from. I'm glad I found this place, it was definitely a more pleasant visit than some eye dr offices

My exact words as I was checking out at the end of my recent appointment were, " This place is a well-oiled machine. Whoever is running this place knows what they're doing." I've been seeing Dr. Suh for over 5 years now. I've never had a long wait time, the staff has always been pleasant, and my exams are the best and most thorough I've ever had. Dr. Suh is professional, personable, calm, and caring. He has progressively and consistently helped me with some of my difficult and persistent eye/vision problems. He is a very good doctor and human being. I've only ever had good experiences with Dr. Suh's practice.

Very disappointed. Took 3 months to get an appointment. Referred by my family doctor. After 15 minutes I checked & was assured I was next, never mind the other people waiting, she lied. After waiting 45 minutes I was so upset I had to leave. I knew they would never get that lens close to my eye. This place is fully staffed, they just don't care about your time. The "tech" made sure to tell me they had been double booking for months and they are booked until March, I guess she wanted to be sure I knew I would not be missed! I was hoping to find a doctor that cared about his patients. This is not the place.

In the world we live in these days, customer service has sunk to an all time low and people are very demanding and impatient so I'm grateful to know I will get the best care and customer service in this office!

Transportation was late to appt. 15 min on the dot, wasn't seen. Nobody else entered the establishment the whole time. 1. get your grievances ready if you use transportation 2. find another eye center

How does this make any sense I waited 3 months for my appointment they had cancel it and told me I had wait another 3 months for an appointment that they cancelled total 6 months wait for appointment with someone has bad eyes will never go back here horrible to do that to a patient
