I absolutely love the Vision Center of Delaware, all its staff and Dr. Amy Farrell! I have been going to this Center for more than 15 years, and was very happy with every visit. Dr. Farrell was instrumental in making a diagnosis of a big problem with my vision and sending me to surgery specialist. She is always very attentive and very thorough in her examinations. In addition, Vision Center provides fantastic help with prescription glasses, making sure everything fits and adjusted as it should be. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment looking forward to go because I needed contacts. Not once was I asked if I wore glasses or contacts over the phone but put it on the patient document the morning of, and one of the reps reviewed it because she said it was good to go. I was told I had to schedule two appointments and pay over $200 for both, but on the phone was only told one appointment. Not only did I miss work, I didn't end up getting my eyes checked because of the lack of information. I am not super surprised this was the outcome, they seemed to be extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

I've been a loyal patient of this practice for 20 years. My last yearly visit was less than a year ago. Today, I called to inquire a part of my prescription that wasn't listed on my written Rx. I was told they could not give me that information without paying $30. Mind you, this is something that is already "measured" and does not need to be reassessed and is a part of my chart. It's literally 2 double-digit numbers, not a copy of imaging, etc. I used to recommend this practice but I no longer will and will be transferring my care to somewhere that values their patients and isn't just in it to make a buck.
