Target Optical

I worked with both Liz and Enxhi (Angie), at the Marsh Landing location. They were so patient and attentive when I placed two orders in the same visit. I wear my glasses like others wear jewelry..to match my mood and sometimes my clothing:) I was pleasantly surprised to learn Target Optical is part of the larger EssilorLuxottica Italian company. So they offer all the higher lense products. Definitely will return!

This place has been the worse place for a first time glass wearer. The lady that did my exam didn't explain anything to me. She didn't listen to what I was telling her as a patient. When I got there I let them know if I had to wear glasses all the time then I would want contacts. I got my exam and was told I could do contact or glasses. That I didn't need them all the time. So I got glasses. When I picked up my glasses I was told I would have to wear them all the time. I was upset because that wasn't what I was told. So the girl there made me another appointment for contact. That appointment was the worse. I was given contacts that were too big for my eyes. I was given no help putting them in. They were all just standing there looking at me. They only showed me one time. The doctor was told there were to big. The doctor comment was that's all I got. One of the girls put them in my eye. The doctor looked at them . Then told me to take them out. I got them out. She wanted me to try another pair. I couldn't get them out. I had enough by then. Customer service and patient support is not at this place. Go to a better eye glasses place.

At Jax Beach Target Optical; Enxhi was so caring and professional in helping me pick the right glasses and fitting them. When I went to pick them up they looked great and felt very comfortable. The knowledgeable staff and product choices at this store are the best. The service here has had me returning for years. You won't be disappointed.

I love target optical and have recommended it to everyone I know! Dr Wilson is amazing and Liz and Enxhi are always so helpful and patient. My experience far superseded my expectations. I'll be back!

Enxhi is such a great professional. She remembers my needs, gives clear advice, and offers the best options. She even called her supervisor to help move my order forward. Also Enxhi called me about my order exactly when we agreed, I appreciate it. I buy the most affordable glasses, but she still treats me with full respect and attention. Excellent service, regardless of price.
