They know what they're doing, and I appreciate the clarity they Dr Bethany Nelson speaks with. As a facility they do a really good job. Personally I'm sensitive to strong scents and it would be nice if there other staff was guided to not wear perfumes and colognes. The exam rooms are just too small for that.

Do not go here! I have been a patient for years and will never go back. Not only did I have to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time but they have completely messed up my insurance. They charged my insurance for a contact lens fitting which has made me ineligible to now buy my glasses using insurance. Now they won't reverse the charge because "it's too much work." Verbatim. They could do it but won't. I require prescription glasses to see every day and now I can't afford to buy them since they used that benefit on a fitting which I have always paid out of pocket for in the past. What kind of an eye doctor doesn't care about whether or not you can actually see? Why would I get a new prescription if I can't even use it? Unacceptable and unbelievable!

I came for emergency appointment staff was unprepared told me I needed a referral from pCP so I sat and scrambled on my phone to get one then they said they made an error. This should have been done prior. Staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Also even though I arrived on time for my appointment and had to ask for time off work to get here reschedule my morning clients they were not ready to see me at my appointment time. In the past this office has been notorious for never seeing me on my appointment time often I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to have to Dr ready to see me. If this is still the case I will need to find another provider My time is valuable I have us use up limited vacation time to make Dr appointments
