The front desk experience was unpleasant, and the waiting room was extremely crowded. Several patients waited over 50 minutes before being seen, which based on other reviews seems to be an ongoing trend. When I asked for an estimated wait time, the staff was dismissive and stated that it was not their fault they were short-staffed. While I understand that unexpected issues arise, patients are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment, and the same courtesy should apply to providers. While they don't have control of being understaffed, they do have control of over booking. It goes without saying that if schedules are running that behind, patients should be notified in advance so they can plan accordingly.

This is relevant to the response time in having a question answered . No one answers the phone, nor do they call you back. I left 4 messages before contacting the front desk (not the right person, but a human). Finally I got a call back from the dr, but it didn't address all my questions. My pharmacy is also having the same issue. I can't get a prescription filled (insurance) and they need it written a different way. They have also been trying to call, with no response. The doctors are good, the ability to speak to someone if you're call in and their response time is terrible.

My doctors told me I would be surprised by how much better my vision would be; they were right. Not only can I see more clearly, but the colors are so much more vivid. Through the treated eye, I see bright white, while through what was my stronger eye, I see a pale yellow. The process was quick and painless. Life changing!

Pasadena Eye Care is excellent. Under Sr. Emory's leadership, everyone there is super nice, knowledgeable and caring. I always received great service when I go there and a recent procedure that I had a few days ago went flawless. I trust everyone that Pasadena Eye care And have never had a negative experience.

Dr Nathan Emery and his staff are very competent. They are friendly, helpful and responsive to questions you have. I am very pleased with my choice of surgeon for cataract surgery.

The best doctor visit I have ever had in my life! I can hardly put into words how happy I am with my experience. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond when I checked in, the team member remembered my birthday from a phone call we had a week earlier to set the appointment. That personal touch really stood out. Once I was called back, the entire staff was extremely professional, asking detailed questions that were tailored specifically to my needs. They were informative, efficient, and everything flowed smoothly when Dr. Gallagher came into the room. Meeting Dr. Gallagher is incredible and truly a professional. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also made me feel completely comfortable and confident about my eye concerns. She took her time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. I honestly wish I could give her 10 stars she took a complicated issue and has me on the right path to a healthier eyes. As I checked out, the kindness continued the staff was just as considerate and friendly as when I arrived. I feel truly blessed to have found this office. I've been to several others in the past due to my unfortunate situation, but none compare to this experience. They've helped me so much, and I'm confident they can help others too. Thank you to Dr. Gallagher and the entire team you are awesome!

I've heard the eye care itself is excellent but I wouldn't know because I've called four separate times to make an appointment and was kept on hold for over 20 minutes each time. I refuse to hold for longer than that. Besides being unprofessional, it doesn't bode well for how the office is run. Suffice to say, I was never able to even get through to make an appt.

I decided to try this place out because it was covered by my insurance. My entire exam was performed by a nurse except for the last 5 minutes. After receiving my prescription, the glasses selection was mainly for a 55+ crowd. Took my prescription elsewhere to get glasses only to realize that my glasses prescription is incorrect. I wouldn't recommend going here. What a huge waste of time.
