Jose was so helpful, professional, and dedicated to helping us overcome obstacles with paperwork before my wife's cataract surgery. They are lucky to have him! AND while waiting in the office for my wife at her follow up appointment, Marie, the office manager, was asking patients/family members if everything was OK or if they needed anything. It was so appreciated and she even gave me a big hug after I explained a little of my wife's health journey. I also must say Nicole was wonderful with my wife and has definitely found her calling by working with patients and their families.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan, Dr. Morello and Dr. Sarup, and we absolutely love how they take their time to explain things in detail, ensuring a better understanding. The staff is fantastic, but we have a special favorite: Nicole. She brightens up the room with her smile and warm, welcoming demeanor.

Go here if you want to get robbed. If you have an insurance co-pay they will happily slap on top a 300 dollar deductible on your visit. I've reported them to my insurance and other routes with details. They barely answer the calls when trying to get to management or the doctors assistant to try and get your records to go somewhere else. I don't know what management is doing here. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

My visit at the Sunrise location was identified as a Workmen's Comp claim. I provided Workmen's Comp information on multiple occasions including the date of visit, via email, mailed correspondence, and voicemail messages to the billing department. In addition, the Workmen's Comp adjuster left a message with the applicable policy and billing information. To date, no confirmation of receipt or resolution has been provided. As of 1/5/26, a billing statement was issued reflecting a balance categorized as 61-90 days past due. There has been a complete lack of follow-up reflecting poor communication and unacceptable billing practices. As of this date, no one in the billing department has returned may call.

I'm pretty much a new patient here. I've been coming here for about 2 months now. And the experience i have had has been wonderful. MS. NIKKI is so awesome she is so wonderful and its a pleasure to have her assistance with my eye care. If I can have her for every visit I would. Team Nikki all the way. Keep up with all the awesome work that you do.

Dr Spratt is a great eye doctor but good luck if you're trying to get any information from the billing's department. I've sent 3 emails, left 3 phone messages directly with the billing's department, spoke to Customer Services twice and was promised a call back from a manager. So from my first email to them, it's been a month. The billing's department don't answer their phones, don't answer emails, neither do they call back. Their service is awful. All I want is a detailed bill to submit to my Healthshare company. Nothing too difficult.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment due to them calling me that they are not available on the date I got my appointment scheduled for Monday. I got a call this Friday afternoon (2 days after I scheduled), saying they cannot see me and can't see a new patient until November 26. Super discouraging when you have been dealing with a problem for 5 weeks and finally you decide to go and check it out by a professional and basically you have to wait other 3 weeks. Do not recommend if you are a new patient

This office is HORRIBLE! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DO NOT FAX Medical records requested. No wonder good doctors like Dr. Kaplan leave the practice. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE FOR ANY REASON.
