Bethel Eyecare

Asked one of the people working to help adjust my glasses as they were slipping off my face. Was flat out refused. When asked why she said risk of being broken.. whatever that means. I've gotten my glasses readjusted here multiple times so this came as a shock. Had to go into the other office to get them readjusted instead. Whoever that was working there was very rude and unhelpful.

I can't say enough good things about this Bethal Eyecare location! My eyes didn't change much but I did need a "computer only" pair of glasses. Anthony, the optician that worked with me, suggested if I had a pair of frames I could simply purchase lenses instead of trying to up sell me. First of all, what doctor tells you your eyes haven't changed and you don't need new glasses? Secondly, I've never been told to use another pair of frames for my new lenses to save money. Kudos to this company for not selling me lenses and frames I didn't need and thank you Anthony for not taking advantage of a sale you could have made. Shout out to DR. Haemi Choi who performed my exam! She was fantastic, too! I will share this experience with everyone I know and hope Bethal Eyecare in Duluth does a fantastic business. They've earned mine!

Been coming here for years. Everyone is welcoming. The place is very clean. Dr Cha is always sweet funny and professional, but she frequents their other location on Peachtree. We go here because it's closer but I'm sure the other location is great too. They have a variety of prescription glasses to choose from (from very affordable to expensive brands) usually take a week to pick up after fitting.

Excellent!! Is a great place to go, they accept some insurances, their staff is kind, professional and they speak English Korean and Spanish, la doctora shin habla espanol y es muy amable.

Staff, staff, staff, staff , and eye doc are amazing in that order. From the polite courtesies on phone, to the sweet approachable team at the desk, to the person who walks you to the eye room and does all those pre tests,to the eye doc (who actually answers questions in a nice way and not in a condescending way like your suppose to know eye health)to the person that helps fit the glasses, to all the way back at the desk. Just greatness, nice, clean, neat selections and approachable. I have 3 kids by the way, 2 needed glasses and I just left from getting an additional pair (yes, they lost the other pairs ) and just quick turnaround and constant follow ups so I don't have to keep calling checking on my order. If you opt in they send text & email updates and they do not send spam nor a bunch of ads/promos. Only a thank you for visiting/experience survey and/or "your order is ready for pick-up"

I had an eye exam on AUG 4. A couple days later, I started having blurry and cloudy eye vision. I was also battling a cold, so I figured that was the reason for vision issues. Over the (following) weekend, the problem worsened and I had to see my doctor. I told her about my eye exam and based on what she was seeing, she was confident it was an eye infection from the exam (conjunctivitis). On 8/16, when I went to pick up my glasses, I informed the girl at the front desk about it and she basically didn't care. She actually laughed at the issue. Needless to say, I will not go to ANY Bethel Eye facility again.

I've been coming to Bethel on Duluth Hwy. for years, but they never fail to impress me with their professionalism and quality of service. I've never experienced such outstanding service from every single staff member anywhere else. They don't waste time, they are knowledgeable, patient, professional, and so incredibly nice!

The visit to the eye care was enjoyable and the eye glass tech was very knowledgeable, but after that every thing has gone down hill, during the fitting another tech tried to relieve the one I had been consulting with because he need to be ready for the afternoon people coming in and he hadn't had any lunch, well neither had I had any lunch and I had been there all morning which I thought was very strange since he knew nothing of my fitting, now I have received my glasses and upon opening the box they are broken. As you can see the ear piece is hanging down from the lens, I also received notification of the glasses being delivered in 2 days that actually took 4 days to get. All in all I am really disappointed in the customer service given.
