I live 3 hours from Bethel Eyecare but I have been their customer for several years and my recent experience tells why. Being a Korean myself, I always look for a fast quality resolutions ("Ppal Li Ppal Li" means hurry hurry in Korean. is in our blood :-) ) to my issue. Recently broke both nose bridge holders for my Rayban glasses that I got from Bethel last year. I spoke to an optician named Daniel and sent few photos to him via email and quuckly learned that it would cost only $10 to replair. I was expecting to pay much more but was pleasantly surprised. Whole process took about a week from shipping my broken glasses to Bethel and for them to ship my glasses back to me. Many thanks to Daniel. Staffs are always friendly and the turn around time exceeded my expectations plus the repair cost was very affordable. Highly recommend Bethel EC.

I had a lovely visit at Bethel Eyecare. They have convenient appointment times later in the afternoon, a beautiful office/store, and friendly, intelligent, and helpful staff and doctor. I haven't gotten an eye exam in years, and everyone was patient with all my questions Definitely my new go-to!

The front desk staff, nurses, and the doctor were all kind and professional, and I was satisfied with the medical care. However, my experience with the optical shop inside the clinic was disappointing. I decided to make a purchase in order to use my remaining insurance benefit, and given the clinic's name and overall environment, I naturally expected the pricing to be fair and reasonable. A few days later, after picking up the item, I looked up the same model online and found it being sold for less than half of what I paid. I understand that optical shops need to make a profit, but charging more than double the typical market price felt excessive. Overall, the eye exam itself was a positive experience, but the optical shop experience did not align with the level of trust suggested by the clinic's name and setting. This is my personal review and opinion based on my experience. I understand that others may see this differently or feel that the pricing was reasonable. However, from my personal perspective, charging more than twice the typical market price felt excessive.

From scheduling my appointment to finishing the visit, everything was well-organized and efficient. I didn't have to wait long--was called in right at my appointment time. Every staff member seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and the whole process ran smoothly with no confusion. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to buy new frames, and their frame prices were very reasonable. The team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently in a clean, modern facility with the latest technology for eye exams. I'm glad to have found my new go-to eye doctor! I wanted to give five stars, but I took one off because of unclear charges for the eyeglasses. They don't provide an itemized receipt showing the features added or explain clearly how the total cost was calculated. It would be perfect if they could improve this!

My entire visit was very quick. From the eye exam to picking new glasses under an hour. It took me 45 minutes and I was checked in immediately when it was my turn. Also please come 10 minutes early. Language barrier was not a problem for me as well. Been coming here for 5 years now.

I've been coming to Bethel Eyecare for over 5 years! The service is top notch, team is amazing, knowledgeable and the physicians are always detailed and trustworthy...I will always remain a loyal customer. I love Dr. Susie & her entire team!!
