I went to Georgia Eye Physicians and Surgeons on Pleasant Hill in Georgia for an eye evaluation and had a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. The young lady who conducted my testing was thorough, patient, and took her time with each exam.
Dr. Segal then came in and completed all the necessary testing. I came in because I am eight months pregnant and have been seeing spots in my vision. He took my concerns seriously, explained everything clearly, and made sure I received the proper referral.
I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend this eye doctor's office.

Dr Lay was awesome. I'm so glad I came here. He was so thorough and gave me advice and directions more than I have had before. I was so grateful because I suffer from dry eyes and inflammation and he was caring, knowledgeable and thorough. I also want to recognize Maritza, the office manager. She was very thorough and also very knowledgeable and sweet. I felt like a VIP for sure. Thank you so much to everyone for a wonderful experience. It made a big impact on me. I went to Georgia Eye Physicians of Atlanta for a regular eye exam, and after it was done, I was picking out frames when the office coordinator, Maritza, overheard my prescription and realized it was pretty high. She showed real concern and took a few minutes to talk with me. Then she actually took me back to run another test herself!
She noticed my right eye wasn't performing quite right, spoke with the doctor, and gave me some eye drops to use for a week. I followed her instructions, went back for another exam, and once again she went the extra mile to make sure my prescription was perfect.
I was so impressed by Maritza's dedication and how much she cared, as well as the amazing customer service from the whole team. Everyone was kind, attentive, and truly invested in helping me see better. Highly recommend this office!
