Although my reason to be seen was stressful, my experience within the office was the most pleasant experience ever! From the time I entered to the moment I left, every single person was nice, friendly and courteous. I even had my daughter with me and the assistant was so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Some of the doctors here do not provide eyeglass prescriptions, and the front desk staff can be quite unprofessional. We booked an appointment for my mother with one of their top diabetic specialists. While most other doctors at this clinic accepted our insurance, this one did not, so we paid out of pocket for the eye exam. Afterward, they refused to provide a prescription for glasses. Something we were never informed about beforehand. This was very disappointing. Trying to give the clinic another chance, we booked an appointment for my father. His appointment was scheduled for 10:25, and we called ahead to let the front desk know we would arrive around 10:40 due to traffic. They assured us that it would be fine and confirmed there was a 15-minute grace period. However, when we arrived, the same front desk staff refused to check us in and told us we would need to reschedule, with the next available appointment being four months away. I'll admit I'm frustrated so it is harder to stay neutral, but this experience shows a serious lack of communication and consistency in their policies. If we had been properly informed about the eyeglass prescription policy and the strict timing rules, we would have planned accordingly. Due to the repeated miscommunication and unprofessional behavior, I've decided to cancel all future appointments for my family.

I had a nice experience with the staff at this clinic. They were courteous and professional, with no waiting time--unlike other places I've been. A friend recommended it to me, and I'm so glad I chose them. The other office closer to Buford is booked until March, which really speaks loud about how popular and trusted this clinic is with so many patients.

My mom was recommended to visit this eye dr, and we had a wonderful experience. The assistant was very pleasant and courteous, and Dr. B was incredibly kind. My mom appreciated how warm everyone was, including the receptionist. Since we recently relocated, finding new healthcare providers can be exhausting, but we're really glad we were told about this location.

A perfect combination of kindness, professionalism and medical expertise at every step of the visit. I was somewhat late for my appointment, yet they were still accommodating. In addition, I am in a wheelchair, and they made every step of the visit easy and manageable. This was my first visit, and as I said above, every member of the staff made the experience a perfect combination of kindness, professionalism and medical expertise. I will definitely return.

Everyone I interacted with from check-in to the time I saw the Dr. were so nice and professional. This was my first time visiting this office and they made the process easy. My nurse was fantastic and I wish I got her name so I could mention her in this review. She was kind and informative and made all of the testing very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this practice!

I rate a 5 to entire visit. All my questions were answered by two staff members and new and meaningful other topics were presented to me. I was relieved to learn I only have a severe dry eye causing pain and was given medications to try to improve this. I have an appointment set for follow up. Much time was taken to give tests. No one rushed what needed to be done. Explanations were very clear. I would definitely recommend Milan Eye Center.
