First Class Eye Care

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment till after I completed my appointment and walked out the building, EVERYTHING WAS FIRST CLASS! The staff is excellent, happy and welcoming. Natalie was great! Dr. Adam Young is an absolute delight! He is professional and very thorough, explains everything and makes sure you are happy and confident before leaving the office. He will not push you into getting an expensive brand of contact lenses, but truly just wants what's best for you as a patient! I will definitely make this my go-to eye doctor's office!

"First Class Service" is exactly what you receive when you go to First Class Eye Care. This is from when you walk into the office to when you walk out!! Dr. Young and his team are amazing!! Dr. Young is amazing!! What an awesome provider!! He took his time explained every test and addressed every concern. He explained everything so well I didn't have any questions; he explained everything!! The service is phenomenal!! The staff and Dr. Young are absolutely amazing!! What a great eye place! I initially stopped by to take a peek at the frames because they offer a more eclectic selection than the places I live closer to. My kids and I were warmly greeted and the lady at the front desk was very informative and helpful. I went ahead and scheduled appts for my kids to have their first eye exams. During the exam, they had a lot of questions about the machines and tools, and were met with nothing but patience and kindness. They had such a great first experience that they've already asked when we were going back. Overall, great from start to finish! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and worth the drive

I had an outstanding experience on my very first visit to First Class Eye Care, LLC with Dr. Adam Young and his amazing staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Young was thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. The staff was equally exceptional--friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. It truly lived up to its name--a first-class experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-quality eye care.

Everyone at the front desk is amazing! Super friendly as well, very accommodating. Joana did my pre testing and was very considerate and patient. I've always had issues with my vision since I was a child and Dr. Young was the first Dr to ever sit down with me and go over every single thing, other Drs have rushed me out the door and take my money. But this place just blew my mind, he took the time to actually make sure I was comfortable with my prescription before leaving and ran every test possible due to my chronic migraines. The ladies were once again super friendly once leaving, did not pressure me into purchasing glasses immediately as well, if you're looking for your next eye Dr- definitely book here

I recommend this eye clinic 100% after my visit yesterday. They ran the test I needed for contact lens fitting, and the optometrist explained all the necessary information I needed to know in detail. Dr Adam was the kindest doctor I've ever met in my life, and he asked all my questions very seriously. Thank you for your service, and I'm willing to visit this clinic as long as my insurance allows.

As someone who has been wearing glasses their entire life I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had! From the ease of scheduling to the knowledge and wisdom of Dr. Young and the welcoming and over the top customer service provided by Natalie, Aunjaunte and Edgar, my experience was definitely FIRST CLASS!!

From the initial phone call with Natalie, to Selina, and Dr. Young and the young lady that checked me out. Sorry I did not get her name. Everyone in the office was "First Class". Thorough, professional yet engaging, beautiful office, and equipment state of the art. I'm not one to rate 5 stars but that's the minimum I could offer here! Thanks Dr. Young and Staff.
