He refused to listen to my concerns. I wanted my prescription to be less sharp since I stare at computers all day, and he refused. Then I asked to have a separate prescription for computer with lower power, he refused. The final result was that the glasses were so sharp it makes me dizzy. I ended up going to Emory Eye center 6 month later, there, the real medical doctor agreed with my opinion and gave me a prescription I liked.

I wish I could say the positive things as other reviewers, but to be honest my exam visit ended up being one of my worst experiences in getting heathcare and the glasses I had made from the prescription confirmed my post visit expectations that they were not going to be accurate or helpful in the slightest. Ultimately it felt like a waste of time and money. I do believe people who are not new to visiting an eye doctor will have a more positive outcome, but otherwise can leave you frustrated and disappointed.

Dr. Flores is outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend him. He is that rare combination of exceptional competence and kindness. He has seen 5 members of our family, always with enthusiasm and patience. Dr. Flores takes the time to explain things and answer questions. In addition to visual acuity exams, his office is equipped with the latest technology to screen for pathology. He helped me find the right contacts after struggling for over a year to adjust to a brand prescribed by a different OD. It was so helpful having access to numerous free samples! Dr. Flores was able to examine and fit my 94-year-old MIL (who suffers from dementia) with a new prescription - her lovely new glasses have been such a boost to her spirit and literally opened up a whole new world for her. Thank you, Dr. Flores and team!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Flores and his staff. I visited him for the first time, after spending years going to VisionWorks, Pearle Vision, and For Eyes. I will never go anywhere else again! Dr. Flores was an absolute pleasure as an optometrist! He gave me detailed explanations on my eye conditions and prescription numbers, and even took the time to show me the images of my eyes and go over the healthiness. Never realized that I was sacrificing this level of quality patient care to save a few bucks by going to VisionWorks! Trust me - Dr. Flores is worth it! His staff was also amazing.

I took my husband to see him, and knew right away I liked the guy. He's very knowledgeable and focused on providing the best care with exceptional attention to detail and patient comfort. I scheduled an exam with him for my MIL for her prescription soon. I had gone to get an eye exam elsewhere and unfortunately they didn't provide the same level of care (or anywhere close to it). Left there with a single pair of contacts with the prescription peeled off, and one eye out of focus. Swallowing the cost of their poor quality customer service and exam to get my eyes re-examined by Dr. Flores.

Being new to contacts, Flores was patient and explained every step. He is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The exam and contact fitting took 1hr. appt preferred. The exam included providing me with the contact prescription as well as an eye glass prescription. I highly recommend Flores and will be returning.

I've been a patient of Dr. Flores for years and absolutely love him. He professional, knowledgeable about the various contact lens options. He shares the pros and cons and listens to your feedback. He's a GEM!

My experience is like any questions to answer, new information easily explained, perfection, pleasing you in every way and making you feel like you are the most important patient. I never had to go back twice to double check my prescription. So grateful to have Dr. Flores.
