I had a terrible experience last week at this office. My appointment was at 245,but I wasn't called back for almost an hour. I know there were several patients that came after me that were called back first. I understand that this location has several providers, but there is one person pulling charts and deciding who goes first. I hate to say it was based on race, but this appears what was happening. I drive well over an hour from Atlanta, only to see this provider for about 10 to 12 minutes. My time with the provider was interrupted several times, so I'm guessing I had about 10 minutes of service. After voicing my concern, I was given an excuse there was an emergency phone call that needed to be taken. I stayed at this appointment until almost 5pm. That was totally unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
