I was very impressed with the efficiency of the whole process. But, the best thing about my experience yesterday was how every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I was so anxious about my cataract surgery but the staff immediately relieved my anxiety by their friendliness and their willingness to answer questions and give me information. The staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs, which always helps. The most important thing, at the end of the day, I felt like I received excellent medical care.

Jade was absolutely amazing! She was the first person my daughter and I had contact with. She was very thorough. She was easy to converse with and her customers service skills were top notch.
The only item I had an issue with was the 400$ copay. No one had made me aware of this in any of the conversations that followed my initial contact with Clayton Eye Center. My insurance company didn't let me know either so it was an unpleasant surprise to be told this information at the last minute. I was not financially able to make the payment so it fell upon my daughter. It put a damper on the excitement of having a new lens put in. I wish this hadn't happened. Perhaps that is one of the first items they should share with you when discussing surgery.

My check-in at the entry kiosk was easy but the "wait time" afterwards seemed excessive. All staff members I encountered were courteous during check-in, payment and treatment. Dr Kim is very skilled and efficient and my laser procedure was fast, easy and totally painless! Just plan on spending 3 to 3 1/2 hours there from checking to release.

CEC made my first cataract procedure go so smoothly! The check in nurse, the prep nurses, the anesthesiologist, were all wonderful! I can't say anything about the doctor because I was out by the time she, Dr. Kim, entered. But my results speak for themselves - no problems three days out from the surgery! Vision much improved! I look forward to actually seeing the world through a new set of lenses!!!

I was warmly greeted on arrival and directed to the Kiosk to check in. The check in process was seamless and easy. The details of pre and post surgery was explained in a professional and caring manner. The Technicians and my surgeon Dr. John Allen made sure I was at ease and comfortable. That warm blanket was indeed appreciated!. The office also scheduled my follow-up visit with my regular Eye Doctor. On a lighter note, one of the Technicians knew the history surrounding my first name!

They're really conscientious of the needs of the patients and any type of questions or concerns regarding anything with your eyes. Dr Allen is really good with the care and operations of the surgeries that he performs. This is my second eye surgery with Dr. Allen and he really takes care of the patients. Latoya the surgical coordinator was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
