Tianna was a wonderful help! She assisted me with finding the best possible frames to match my massive head. I asked her if they sold wider-framed glasses and she was able to pull multiple frames that she helped me try on and even gave recommendations for style and comfort. I had a great experience at Staton Optical. Huge shout-out to Janesha and Tianna -- they were both amazing, professional, and super helpful from start to finish.
Even though the wait was a little longer than I expected, it honestly went by pretty fast, and everything was handled in a timely and organized way. I never felt rushed or forgotten about.
The exam was quick but very productive, and the telehealth setup worked really well. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses at a great price, with a really good selection of frames to choose from.
Overall, great service, good value, and a smooth experience. I'd definitely recommend this location -- especially if you get help from Janesha and Tianna!
