When I first arrived, the location was quite busy; however, the staff remained helpful and attentive. I would especially like to recognize the representative who assisted me in selecting my new pair of glasses, Ms. Julia. She provided exceptional service and made my visit a very positive experience, also the reason for these five stars. Any uncertainty I initially had quickly disappeared because of her professionalism, patience, and knowledge. I highly recommend asking for Ms. Julia if you visit this location. Her customer service truly stands out.

My experience was great. Everyone is inviting. Morrow vision care have a really great system on how they maneuver with their clients. Sam was extremely informative which I so appreciate. This was my first experience at an optometrist place of business that I truly enjoyed because I finally understood what I needed and why. Please! If anyone is in the area and need an eye exam check them out at their location you willnot be disappointed. Shellyann

I've been here twice before and had good experiences. I didn't realize what had gone wrong with this first visit until I went to pick up my glasses the following week. The first time I went in, the doctor did not do much of an exam. He had me look through two lenses, neither of which were clear, then he wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. I thought it odd, but since technology is ever changing and the technicians had me do all sorts of measurements before seeing the doctor, I assumed that the doctor had done all he needed to do. When I went to pick up my glasses seven days later, the prescription was wrong and I could not see out of them at all. They gave me a new exam with a different doctor who did do a thorough exam this time. With a new prescription new glasses were ordered and I expected to get the correct ones 5 to 7 business days later. The second exam was on October 23. Today is November 24, and I am told that my glasses should be in in a few days, although it has already been 32 days so far (45, if you start from my initial visit). I also found out that the first doctor I saw retired a day or two after I saw him. Well, it would be wrong to say "I saw him" because I needed new glasses and the vision of him I saw was kind of blurry.

We are already off to a bad start andI didn't even make it to the. They called me from a blocked number to tell me that I needed to reschedule my appointment (I'm currently getting ready for) until after 12 PM due to inclement weather. I understand having to push appointments back because of the weather what I don't understand is why you would call the patient from a blocked number knowing they won't actually be able to call you back to reschedule. I tried going online to just reschedule that way but of course it won't allow me to to schedule a second appointment, Then I try to reschedule from the direct link they sent to my email and guess what I can't reschedule because the appointment is within 24 hours. This frustration and unprofessionalism could've been avoided if they had not called from a blocked number to begin with, especially if they know they're not going to answer the Office phone right now!!!! If you're reading this, and you can recommend a better eye doctor, please do!

My visit was quick.and all of the testing was explained as well they chances to My vision. When choosing my new glasses they did price comparisons and assisted me in picking out the perfect frames. It was a great experience.

Quick appointment, I arrived and was checked in immediately. There was no wait for my appointment. I received services promptly and completed my eye exam in less than 30 minutes if that long. All staff were friendly, professional, they know how to operate efficiently. Seen by Dr. Kotei

My appt was on Christmas Eve and the staff were all so busy and working on a holiday but all were so nice and smiled and very professional! I told them all I appreciate them working on a holiday for people like my husband and I who travel all year and back for holidays with family and able to get doctor appts taken care of when home is a huge deal to us! I had two types of eye insurance one with a free exam. They charged me anyways a $35 deductible stating that I had to take their eye health imaging. I informed them that I see a specialist at Emory for my eye health issue, they told me that I had to have their eye health imaging there as well and they charged me the extra $35 so they could charge my insurance for this extra service. Once the examination was over they sent me out to choose glasses. Thet were pricey even with two eye insurances. Although the glasses were pricey, the sales person Julia was awesome to work with. I have not picked the glasses up yet, but I hope they are worth the money spent, because when I left I saw an optical shop across the street advertising glasses for 75% less than what I paid.
