I had a great experience excellent customer service. Listen to what I wanted when it came to choosing my eye glasses. The doctor made sure I was ok before I left the eye exam and she listened and answered my questions. So do the two agents that were on duty they answered all my questions and took very great care of the other customers.

Staff was attentive and welcoming. Loved that they were knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. They take their time with each guest. Which is great makes it more personable and definitely makes you want to come back. No one like's feeling rushed and definitely wasn't treated like that. Had help with choosing the best glasses for my unique sense of style, face frame and just really Impressed with the ladies I had an interaction with today. Kiddos to them for managing each guest as I was finishing up and got busy but they rocked it out.Thank you ladies excited to come back and get my new frame.

My appointment started 20 minutes late, and the examiner had a horrible attitude. Due to the appointment starting late, I had to leave immediately afterward because I was late for my next engagement. So I asked the examiner to email me the prescription because I couldn't continue waiting for the doctor to send it. She lied and said it cannot be emailed. So I told her I will come back and pick it up. She agreed and said it would be "all printed out" and ready for me. She lied. When I returned two days later, it had not been printed out and when they finally did locate it on the computer, the examiner had somehow spelled my name wrong! I don't know how this happened because I filled out my intake paperwork and spelled my name correctly. I was told it will be emailed to me after they figure out how to fix my name. That was days ago and I still have not received my prescription. This level of incompetency does not belong in healthcare.
