First I want to say that the lady's at the back desk were phenomenal, patient, and professional. They handled a rude caregiver with respect after she came to them aggressively. One of the lady's were expressing what happened and the other lady came at her poorly. Secondly to the lady that came in and was telling an elderly lady to do this or do that or she will "get mad " SHAME ON YOU. Your behavior and attitude is horrible and may God help you cause he sees how poorly you treated that elderly woman.
