I didn't have to wait until after my appointment time. They were on time and ready to help me. Staff was very kind and helpful. Tynesia was extremely helpful with helping me pick out glasses that were the best fit and looked the best on me. This is a great place to get an eye exam and glasses. I was a walk-in client and I must say I had one of my best ophthalmology experience ever. First time buying eyewear from America's Best From the very moment I walked in, I was acknowledged by the manager, Ms. Tyneshia. She ensured that they will get right with me in a moment, in which they did, right away. Courtney, the Optician was very attentive and knowledgeable about the eye care I needed He took the time to listen and explain the ordering of my eyewear in detail. I even got a pretty decent discount on my eyewear price. I was very impressed with my overall visit. The staff were really kind!!!! It's rare to find such compassionate and professional individuals who can help you in this industry. Thanks everyone! I see why they are America's BEST:)

I had the championship team on my visit 12/27@ 11:30. I had all the MVP on deck. I enjoyed them and my visit was absolutely awesome. Tynesia and Courtney got all the to heyhe. Thanks America's best!!!

I was a new patient at this office. When making my appointment I did not know that it was a virtual appointment. So when I came for my appointment the front desk lady told me it was online. After hearing this I told her that I wanted to cancel my appointment and was told I would be charged for canceling it on the same day so I decided to stay. My appointment was at 10:40am on a Saturday. I was not seen until about 12:18pm. After being called to a room I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before the doctor came online. I did not leave the office until about 2pm.

Excellent selection of frames and stellar customer service! Courtney was fantastic. He was patient while I made my selections and spent extra time ensuring I was receiving the best possible discount with my insurance.

Horrible experience, had an appointment at 3:30. I even came in earlier. Just to wait 30 minutes to get put into a room with two trainees? They wanted me to get an eye exam through a video call half an hour after my appointment? I would recommend a different optometrist.

I had the best experience ever at Americas Best, store #4178 in Peachtree City Georgia. Linda was the associate who assisted me swiftly as soon as I walk in the front door to pick up my eyeglasses, prior to this, she also began the process two weeks ago by setting up my eye exam. The service was excellent, five stars and I would recommend anyone who will be in need of an eye exam or eyeglasses, contacts etc, please visit them and get the unique and professional experience that I've had. Great services!!!
