I had a great experience at LensCrafters! The staff was welcoming and patient. The process from eye exam to picking frames was smooth. Dr. Jae Choi listened to my concern and explained why it was happening. The associate, Orion was very kind and patient. She helped me pick a pair of glasses and even taught me why I was having problems with my current glasses. The store was clean and spacious. Overall, LensCrafters delivered excellent customer service and care. I will definitely be back for my future eye care needs.

EDIT: So I go to pick up my glasses--AGAIN. They still offered no apology, no store credit. . The woman who contacted me to try to talk about this situation, the one that always carries a purse in the store. That one had quite an attitude when she called me. I DID NOT HEAR AN APOLOGY. Ever. With her rude self, my Daughter and I noticed she even had an attitude with her customer on the phone, blew us away, the audacity. I'll just say this, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. They are messy, cut throat to one another and absolutely unprofessional. First let me say Orion is a I thank her for her professionalism and attention to detail. This review does NOT reflect her whatsoever. I drove an hour to pick up my glasses and discovered the prescription was incorrect. That alone was frustrating, but the real issue was the response. There was no apology and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I was simply told it would take up to two weeks to correct the error. Mistakes happen, sure. But accountability and customer care are what separate a professional business from an average one. This experience did not reflect the level of service I expected. When something as important as vision is involved, accuracy and customer service should be non-negotiable! Extremely disappointing experience. Over 30 years I've dealt with LC, unfortunately I am not sure that my next purchase will be with them. Tell Robbie to CHECK HIS WORK before submitting. Ridiculous.

Great customer service and quick service. I was actually helped by the same assistant Kayla. Kayla was willing to make my lenses work when no other LensCrafters on my side of town would. She was nice and very helpful. She didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I as talking about with fitting the lens for my frames. Coincidentally I came back to get the adjusted and she as the person help me today. Literally a month later. How cool was that!!!

Kayla was awesome helping me get the nose piece on my glasses repaired quickly and in a very professional manner. I bought these Oakley frames here in PTC several years ago and continue to return due to the excellent customer service! Thanks Kayla - you Rock!!!

Cassie is a wonderful sales associate!! She made sure my glasses fit perfectly! Not only did she do this but she was patient and kind. She has a personality that allows her to build rapport quickly. She not only has these qualities but she was also very knowledgeable about the products. She made sure to thoroughly explain how my lenses would work based on my prescription. I love my glasses bc of her!

I had an exceptional experience from the outset to the conclusion of my eyewear purchase. As a first-time customer, I was warmly welcomed by LaToya, who guided me through the entire process. She meticulously explained the intricacies of my prescription, sizing, and fitting, ensuring that I was fully informed about the associated costs and procedures. The overall experience was seamless, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.

The eye exam side was great. They were very nice. However I was told it would take 2 weeks or less to get my glasses it took 3. I called Monday, Wed, and Thursday. The first 2 calls they were actually quite rude. The girl that answered Thursday very polite. So I went to pick up the glasses and they were busy no problem I can wait. A woman asked if I was there to pick up and I said yes. Well after waiting 20 min and the same lady going and helping another customer that walked up after me. She finally got to me. She cleaned the lenses . Asked if I wanted the insurance on them I said no and she walked away. No let's sit down and make sure they fit correctly nothing. I've never bought glasses without them making sure they fit. So I've been adjusting them at home because they fit very loose SMH!!! Peachtree City lenscrafters is not a place I would recommend!!!
