The customer service has been nothing less than outstanding. I walked in one morning to schedule an appointment and the staff was very friendly, professional and accomodating. I returned today for my exam and again, the service was nothing less than excellent. Crystal was very professional and explained everything that she was doing. She asked questions and listened to the answers. She was very thorough in preparing me to see the doctor. Dr. O'Clair was outstanding. I was very pleased with my overall exam and visit. Her approach was very individualized and holistic because she took the time to explain why things were changing with my vision. My visit ended with Cedric and I could not have asked for anyone better. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns.
