EyeCare Plus

EyeCare Plus was fabulous when I had a medical emergency. They got me in quickly and referred me to a specialist, who was able to see me the same day. Through it all, everyone in the office was incredibly kind, calm, and helpful. I have only had positive experiences with this practice, but their service during this minor emergency was especially impressive.

I recently had an eye exam, and the excellence and top notch customer service is still in place. From check in to check out everyone was so friendly and professional. They work with you tirelessly to find the glasses that look best on you within your budget. I highly recommend.

I never mind getting my annual eye exam here. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. Eye tech, Adrienne, is fabulous! She explains all the tests she performs and is so personable and sweet. Dr. Amy Lambert is wonderful. She answered all my questions and even showed me the photos of my eyes...very interesting! I highly recommend Eye Care Plus for all your vision needs.

Going to EyeCare Plus, Dr. New listened to my concerns and made sure I knew that I could come back if something wasn't right. After I was tested, he showed me what 20/20 vision was with the prescription, and took the time to talk with me about my issues (my previous doc gave me an insanely high prescription compared to the previous year, and then told me that I just needed to get used to the glasses... Wearing them made me extremely agitated). He was very reassurring, and I left the office feeling like I could trust the information he gave me. Choosing new frames was also an amazing experience! This is usually the part I dread the most, but Maria gave me a lot of advice on which glasses look best for my face, and did such an awesome job walking me through all the different options. I felt really confident in my choice because of her guidance. The wait is long, but honestly, I'd say it's worth it to have a sense of being taken care of and knowing that they are working for your best interest. Usually I leave doctor's offices still a little confused or unsure about stuff (engineer brain lol), but this office took the time to put my concerns to rest.

Dr Johnson and the team were amazing. They fit me in on a very busy holiday week. He removed a small spec of grit from inside my upper eyelid that caused extreme pain & discomfort. One eye patch & some antibiotic gel was applied. Doc said "you'll feel 80% better by tomorrow". 24 hours later they removed the patch and I actually feel 100% relief. I'm excited and grateful to be able to ring in the New Year with full vision back. MUCH THANKS!

From the scheduling phone call with Taylor to checking out with Taylor, every single person and steps within the process were spot on, professional and super kind. The technician, Mary and Dr. New were so attentive and kind. Dr. New was personable and educational. I've been on the hunt for an eye doctor in the area for 4 years and finally I have a home. I took my prescription and tried to buy glasses online and that didn't work out. So back to Eye Care Plus I go to figure out what I need. Maria was my eyewear consultant and helped me find a pair of glasses that I really like a lot. She worked out all the insurance details and did a fine job! Robin checked me out today and was wonderful. There was another young lady at the desk and I regret not asking her name but everyone I talk to there is super super nice!

Doctor Johnson is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease while educating you on eye care! Certainly recommend Doctor Johnson and his awesome staff!
