Georgia Retina - Peachtree City

From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The staff is amazing and the way they have the eye test in back to back formation is excellent! You wait in the waiting area initially and once you are called back it rolls like a well oiled machine. Kudos to the Management, Staff, and Doctors at Georgia Retina, Continue the Great Care and Thank You All. It was my 1st visit and I feel comfortable with my forth going treatment. Blessings

My appointment was for 1:40 and I didn't leave there until 4:05. I will definitely take a book or my iPad next time. Appointment instructions forewarned that I might be there 2 hours. The staff was very professional and helpful each step of the way. Dr. Miller was also extremely personable and helpful. I wish I had acted more appreciative of his excellent care. By the time I got to see him, I was rather grumpy! No fault of his. Hope he gets to see this.

Always excellent customer service by the ladies at the front desk! Always patient and professional technicians and assistants in the back office. An expert and professional doctor, ( Dr. Kennamer-Chapman ), who always takes time to answer my questions and address my concerns. The entire office has a positive and caring vibe not always found in the medical field today.I would highly recommend this facility, no matter how far you have to drive. It is well worth the trip.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chin Ye for 8 years. He is caring thorough and clearly explains the what why and when of all the procedures he performs. Questions are answered with detailed information. Though the practice is quite busy you never feel rushed or overlooked. In addition the rest of the staff has been consistently pleasant and professional. Furthermore if you run into any issues between visits and call the office for help you are generally connected to a staff member on the initial call. Wait times can be long but that is clearly stated when you make an appointment. I highly recommend Georgia Retina in Peachtree City. Thank you Dr. Chin Ye for caring for my eyes

I have been going to Georgia Retina Peachtree City office for several years now. I was referred there by my Optometrist when he suspected I had a retina tear. I was immediately seen by Dr. Miller who took care of my tear and the one I developed about a year later in my other eye. Dr. Miller always takes the time to answer all of my questions, lays out all possible procedures available to treat my issue(s) and then makes sure I understand everything we discussed. He has always recommended the least evasive procedure possible that he feels will take care of my issue(s), and has made me feel like I can trust him to do what is best for me. Dr. Miller and his entire staff have always been very professional, efficient, polite, and caring. The equipment is state of the art and the office is always very clean and neat. The only negative thing I can say is that sometimes the initial wait time can be a little long, about 30 minutes (my latest visit), but once you are called in the staff works very well together to get you through each station that is setup for your care as quickly as possible and to get you seen by the doctor. I would highly recommend Georgia Retina and especially Dr. Miller.

Everyone at the Peachtree City office is nice as an be. They are very helpful and will answer any questions you have. Dr. Kennamer-Chapman is my doctor. He's a fantastic doctor. He is very easy to talk to and will answer and explain things so you can understand them. You want meet a nicer doctor.

Dr Miller is the perfect type of doctor, in my opinion. He doesn't wander off topic, he tells you straight up what is going on. He provides you the treatment options along with the good and not so good effects of each without interjecting his opinion unless asked. Highly recommend him. I dinged one star and I wanted to ding two but one makes my point, which is this: my appointment was at 2:15. I got to the office at 1:50. Dr Miller came into the examination room at 4:35. Almost 3 hours with no explanation nor notification that he was running behind. Absolutely inexcusable.

I was initially seen as a referral from my regular eye doctors and I was well pleased at the level of professionalism from the two young ladies at the front desk. I cannot remember their names, however. The nurses were all pleasant and it didn't seem rehearsed. The ambiance of the entire office is well-suited for patients of all medical needs. Dr. KC was awesome. He was sufficient in explaining details of my diagnosis. My wait time was a bit long, but my visit was very thorough and I would absolutely recommend this office. I'm looking forward to positive experiences and professional care through Georgia Retina
