Highly Recommend - Amazing Experience at Warby Parker (The Avenue location)! Come here -- you won't regret it! After a terrible experience at Visionworks, I stopped by Warby Parker just to get my glasses adjusted (Visionworks had completely messed them up). Not only did they fix the issue, but I quickly realized their glasses were a much better deal -- especially since they offer low nose bridge options, which can be hard to find! I ended up returning my Visionworks glasses and purchasing two pairs from Warby Parker instead. Their lenses include anti-glare, anti-scratch, and UV protection at no extra charge. I only paid a little extra to upgrade to 1.74 high-index lenses for my strong prescription, and my total for two pairs was $500. Visionworks charged me $660 for essentially the same features -- and that was with standard high-index lenses. I saved a significant amount of money by switching. The team at The Avenue location -- Abby, Hailey, Shannon, and everyone else -- were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They consistently checked in with me, asked if I needed help, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. They gave thoughtful recommendations, made sure everything fit properly, and truly cared about getting it right. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes for different face shapes, and I honestly had such a hard time narrowing it down to just two pairs! If you're looking for quality glasses, fair pricing, and genuinely helpful service, Warby Parker is the place to go.

Great job by the Warby Parker Team there in Peachtree City. I was most impressed by Dr. Israel whom addressed my concerns on my vision and helped find the right prescription for me. He is a warm, kind, and dedicated professional Optometrist. We had a great conversation about family, community, and our backgrounds. I learned that he trained at the VA as part of his overall regime which greatly impressed me as I am a Veteran as well. Probably the best Optometrist I have ever had in all the years I have been seeing one. I also want to commend Hallie and Shea out front as they were hustling to help customers but also ensuring everyone was taken care of. We had a little hiccup with insurance initially but got it figured out with the help of the manager. Great job folks! Highly recommend. Thanks. Rich

My husband and I needed new glasses. We had previous excellent service at Warby Parker so decided to visit the Peachtree City location this time. We were warmly greeted by Shannon and Shay who showed nothing less than professionalism, patience, help with our choices, and excellent customer service. Three pairs of glasses later, I can honestly say these are the types of representatives that make customers want to return. That is exactly what I plan to do! Ms. Shannon (my rep) and Ms. Shay (my husband's rep), if you see this, thank you!

I was so surprised by this hidden gem! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, I did not have to wait, and I received service as soon as I walked in. I mentioned to the associate, Kendra, what style of frame I was looking for and she immediately recommended a frame for me and brought similar ones for me to try. She was very well aware of the frames offered and was quick to provide options for me. She was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I've been wearing glasses for as long as o can remember and by far this was the easiest most seamless glass ordering process. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else again!

I had an awesome experience at Warby Parker today. Abbey, who helped me choose my glasses, was absolutely fantastic, super attentive, kind, and calm throughout the whole process. She made selecting frames really enjoyable and stress-free. Then Dr. Gyang did an amazing job with my eye exam he was thorough, considerate, and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall, the entire team was so professional and timely. I felt really well taken care of and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service!

The store is great and so is the staff. It's the new Warby Parker service that stink. Orders prescription sunglasses Feb 20 and they haven't arrived. Call them and they said due to delay they would come till March 12. They didn't call, or anything. That's not the service I used to receive from Warby Parky before they sold out. So sad the service is 3rd party and not the guys who started it. UPDATE: went into the store today and the staff was once again great to work with and are all so professional amd knowledgeable. They are currently getting my prescription order to me as quick as possible. Thank you Ronald!

I visited Warby Parker in The Avenue Peachtree City and was assisted by Abbey. I had the BEST experience and service. I was greeted when I walked in and Abbey gave me a thorough explanation on how their sizing and naming system works. The value is unbeatable because the lenses are included in the price and you don't have to add on things like glare protection and scratch protection for n extra fee. It's included. She also picked out a few pairs to show me that would be a great fit. I had a 5 star experience and ordered two new pairs (the Baird and Tiago)! I highly recommend and will be sending family and friends in as well!

Warby Parker (KENDRA) deserves every bit of a 5-star review. Today was my 5-year-old son Maverik's first time shopping for glasses and I honestly didn't know what to expect. We came in just to look at frames and get an idea of what would work with his new prescription -- and I could not have asked for a better experience. Kendra was absolutely AMAZING. So professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She treated my son with so much warmth and respect and made the entire experience fun instead of stressful. There were also a couple other ladies in the store who were equally welcoming and helpful. Even though Warby Parker didn't accept our insurance, we were so impressed with the quality, service, and overall experience that we purchased a pair out of pocket -- and his prescription glasses will be delivered in about 10 days. After leaving, we went to LensCrafters because we wanted to get a second pair through insurance, and the difference in service was night and day. We weren't greeted, no one offered help, and we were basically left to figure it out ourselves. Warby Parker set the bar extremely high. If you have a child getting glasses for the first time -- go here. Thank you again Kendra for making our first glasses experience such a positive one. We'll definitely be back!
