I called Monday to schedule an appointment for Tuesday; the scheduler was very cordial and accommodating of our tight schedule. We arrived at the office and the folks at the desk were very pleasant and my son was seen by the doctor right at the scheduled time. The doctor was pleasant, professional and made sure my son was comfortable in his new contact lenses. At checkout, the ladies took extra time to find a AAA discount which lowered our already very reasonable bill. Our family has gone to this practice for our eye exams for a decade and we'll continue to do so.

Fast, convenient, and very friendly folks at Dr. Smiths office. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They have new state of the art equipment that cuts the exam time in half. They also send you an email reminder for your next appointment, from that email you can easily reschedule or confirm. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith's to anyone looking for the best eye care within the area.

Everyone there was very courteous and respectful. And the new mapping procedure was very nice. They don't have to dilate your eyes so you don't leave half blind! Also Dr. Smith took time to explain my options to me when he found cataracts were beginning to get bigger. I'll definitely go back.

Unbelievably bad service. Prescription was totally off when conveyed to Lens.com. When I called to get that fixed, the receptionist told me that since it had been 30 days they would have to charge me again for another exam. It took 28 days to get my lenses due to covid, etc.. So, I would have to pay twice for getting a wrongly called in prescription fixed??? If you go here for your eye exam expect them to mess up your prescription and try to charge you again. I will let everyone I know hear about this!

I had an extremely pleasant experience!! I'm on the thrifty side and usually go to a big box type office to save on exams and glasses, even with insurance. I decided to try this office because I was tired of feeling like cattle.
The office staff and doctor were professional and courteous, answered all of my questions, and didn't charge an extreme amount.

Waited more than 40 minutes to see a fill in doctor, not who I scheduled with, who did not know my history, obviously didn't read my chart, and changed my prescription without asking any questions. Very unfriendly too. Will probably not return.
