Jasmine and all the other women here are extraordinarily welcoming. The atmosphere was convivial but professional. The remote doctor set up is fast and Dr Shah is very pleasant. We'll know in a week how well the new contact script works out!

EVERYONE from the remote physicians to the on site staff were very friendly, informative, and professional. Me and my two children (17 & 11) had to get exams and glasses. They were patient with us and sincere. I appreciate how they made sure my kids were sure to get the most out of their health insurance for what they really needed. I will add that one of my children have a very strong prescription and the remote physician really took his time and did what was necessary to get it right. I highly recommend going to see them and will continue to come back with my family.

I recently visited this eye care company, and the customer service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine care. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely attentive to my needs, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They explained each part of the exam clearly, offered helpful recommendations without being pushy, and took the time to answer all my questions with professionalism and kindness. I've been coming to America's Best since 2021 when Wittney first started out in Macon, and she has taken care of me ever since! Her customer service is always top-tier, she truly goes above and beyond every single time. Wittney is patient, knowledgeable, and always makes sure you leave happy. Every visit feels welcoming and comfortable, and honestly, she feels like family now! If you need an eye exam, new glasses, or just great service, I highly recommend seeing Wittney at the Warner Robins location. 10/10 she'll take amazing care of you!

My contact lens order was put in wrong. I received the right eye Rx for both eyes in my dailies, but the correct Rx for my biweekly. When I called, the employee was rude and very obviously did not want to help- she was mad I said they were ordered incorrectly and just kept saying "well that's what the doctor put in for you in the dailies so idk what to tell you. It was ordered correctly" it doesn't matter if the doctor messed up, the person who ordered it, etc.... Regardless, it's the stores responsibility to correct the prescription and reorder the correct contacts. When I asked her if it was normal to prescribe the same Rx for both eyes in daily contact lenses, she said yes just to get off of the phone. When pressed further she said "I'll ask the doctor and call back" I knew she wasn't going to call me back, and sure enough she did not. It also should be a red flag to whoever is doing the order for the contacts if both eyes are the same Rx but then different for the dailies. They should be trained for notice things like that so it can be corrected before the patient leaves the store.

The women in the Warner Robins location are the best and life savers. Really appreciate them for fixing my daughter's glasses. Fast service is always a plus for me!

Jasmine and Whitney, and all the staff were all amazing! Excellent customer service, they made me and my boyfriend feel very welcome and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm and the staff made sure that we had everything we needed and even went out of their way to inform us on glasses pricing/shipping times/ etc. I wasn't sure what to expect since I hadn't had my prescription checked in a bit, but the process went very smoothly thanks to the staff and how knowledgeable they all were. I'm completely satisfied with the experience and service received and totally recommend going to this location!! :)

This was my 1st time in America's Best and it won't be my last. From entering to departing, Whitney provided exceptional customer service. She is knowledgeable on the products within the store. Kudos to her!
