Brown's Eye Center

Had an eye exam in July and purchased glasses $600+ dollars. Was told they had a 1 year warranty. Last week returned to the Russell Parkway location do to 1 lens got scratched up. Was told the scratches were 2deep an warranty wouldn't cover replacement lens. The out of pocket cost would be $567.00 an that was with a 30% discount. Needless to say they didn't make that sale. Went on line and ordered new glasses with lens for under $90.00. Be careful Browns will rip you a new one. Very disappointed with their service and poor warranty service.

Fantastic service! A wide variety of frames to choose from! I received excellent service from Alicia. I have been wearing glasses my entire life and she always picks the nicest frames that are trendy and profressional. Please visit Brown's Eye Center!!!! Dr. Doug was very nice too!!!!

I walked in earlier this week with a prescription from my eye doctor in TN since I'm here for work temporarily to get some contacts. I was waiting at the front desk and I overhead one of the employees with brown curly hair talking about another employee like they were garbage. Immediately turned off and walked away. Putting it out there for someone to know how they treat their own coworkers!

I have been coming here for a while, so it's time for an update! There was one lady that worked here that would always help me get my glasses just right, but she moved away. Since then, I have dealt with several different people and they really do try to take care of you here. Excellent in-person service to make sure that you get glasses that fit your face, and are functionally as close to perfect as possible. I have been treated with respect and care. Several times during this most recent purchase, two different people went way above and beyond what I could hope to expect! They helped me dial in my computer glasses so that they are nearly perfect, and then graciously and willingly extended a helping hand when it was needed because of my schedule. I could not be happier with the service here. They have a large selection available and have doubled their floor space so that even more styles and brands are available. The place is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Brown's Eye Center on Russell Parkway!!

Just wanted to say that I had a problem with something and the manager called me personally to make it better. I truly appreciated it and felt valued as a customer.

Very cute glasses and the process is quick and easy. They let you choose you Own glasses frame. Very nice assistants and register people.

My daughters and myself recently became patients of this Brown Eye Center Location. I am very pleased with the quality of service provided by the staff and doctors. The front staff are extremely welcoming, courteous, and accommodating. I have been able to be seen on short notice once, and also one of my daughters as well. The facility is very attractive and clean. Their selection of eyewear is quite impressive; they have all of the brands that I love. I highly recommend this center for your eye care!

I visited Browns eye center and had Makhiya has my sales person and she was very friendly and professional. She made the process so simple because I had no clue that there were so many different type of glasses there is, o thought all there was a reading one but a distance but Makhiya quickly educated me on the different types from transition to distance to near sight and reading, also transitions.
