Georgia Retina Warner Robins staff are exceptionally nice, professional and caring. From the time entering the office Cindy was so kind & helpful & professional. Sara performed eye exam was so compassionate & professional easing my fears. Heather was professional & kind. Enon was so understanding related to my insurance, ensuring my short-term disability forms were completed for me to take as I live over 2 hours away & so pleasant & professional. Madison was incredibly kind & helpful & professional & Madison faxed my forms to my insurance upon completion. Dr. Arpan Bachhawat explained everything clearly what i need to do to protect my vision & the future for my eyes. Dr explained steps to help me & is a exceptional teacher & compassionate professional. The drive to this office is over 2-hours & was so very worth it & I highly recommend.

Had an average experience at Georgia Retina. Everyone was nice and pleasant. Appointments could be a little more spaced out but I understand the business logistics of placing appointments on top of one another, just not ideal for the patient. Provider was informative, knowledgeable, and explained details well. Would have been nice to get a pair of plastic sunglasses since my eyes were dilated but the overall visit was good.

Everyone is very nice and professional starting with Cindy at check in. Megan with the eye exam, Heather with the Retina Exam. and Dr. Bachawat. This was my first appointment with Dr. Bachawat since my previous Doctor retired, and he was very informative. The young gentleman escorting us to the exam room and setting up the results on the computer was also great, but I didn't not catch his name. Keep up the great work. It's hard to find nice and knowledgeable Professionals this day and time .
