Phenomenal experience today at Brown's Eye Center (Kathleen Location). Dr. Dipal Patel was attentive and extremely knowledgeable! The staff were friendly and greeted me upon entry! The location is convenient and the decor is stylish! The eyeglass displays were organized and spacious! I would highly recommend giving this business a visit! You won't be disappointed!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! 3 hours I wasted for a routine eyet exam. The doctor struggled to get my rx right, the equipment she was using was completely subpar. I question if they were even licensed eye doctors and think the State of Georgia needs to do a review of this business. The equipment fogged up and she kept asking me are you sure its blurry like I don't know what blurry looks like after 42 years on earth. I sent them a safety glasses form in November they couldn't email me and let me know they aren't set up for that yet the point of this business is to waste people's time. They wouldn't give me my pupillary distance if I didn't buy glasses from them (I understand this is industry standard) and no one could figure out I have 2 insurance policies. COMPLETE DOG WATER, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the time I was first greeted to the time I left this business all I could think is these people are very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects from insurance questions, test taking and explanations, and doctor Patel was phenomenal. I can't remember all of the names I had encountered with but if you have any problems or need any advice/expectation on lenses Caleb is the most knowledgeable person I have ever came across ( I have been wearing glasses for 30+ years and have went to multiple eye doctors in multiple states) he was polite and answered all my questions with honest/implicit answers. A+...... P.s Caleb I will come see you in February for my computer pair!!

Back in April 2025 I took my 12 y.o. to her appt at Brown's after checking her out from school for a 9am appt. Arriving just after 8:30, we entered the front door and said loudly to the four staff sitting at their stations," Good Morning." None, zero, neither of the women looked up or replied back. I thought this highly unusual for a medical office. They didn't even say, "Can I help you?" So we randomly approached one of them who promptly told us to have a seat. I barely was able to tell the lady that we had a 9:00 eye appt for my daughter. About 15 or minutes or so later, a White gentlemen in his 30's or40's walked through the door and every one of them, all, the entire staff yelled, "Good morning!" (My daughter and I are NOT White.) We sat until 10:00!!!! I again approached the counter and the staff tells me that the doctor is late coming. So, where did the other guy go in back? Now, anyone reading this knows what I want to say, so I won't. You know, there are better ways to make Brown's Eye Clinic great again.

Amazing experience. I was in desperate need of new glasses after my labradoodle puppy chewed up my old frames. We came into Brown's hoping they could help and everyone went above and beyond. Emily was fantastic and helped me pick out some new frames and was even able to salvage my old glasses so they are usable until the new pair comes in. Everyone from the reception staff to the doctor was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend coming here for all your vision needs!

Ms. Makhiya gave the best buying experience for my first pair of designer frames. She was nice helpful and professional. She shared some of her likes and dislikes and until we found the perfect pair. The other staff and doctors were amazing too. Everyone was polite and eager to help. The office is very modern and minimalist. love the decor of the office . We would not buy another pair of frames from any other place. My whole family will be coming to Brown's eye care. Definitely recommend.
