I cannot recommend VisionWorks in Warner Robins highly enough! From the very first phone call, my experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to Karen. She was incredibly helpful while scheduling my appointment and navigating my insurance coverage. One of the highlights of my visit was the transparency regarding fees. At a previous provider, I was charged a $50 out-of-pocket fee for retinal imaging that I was told wasn't covered by insurance. At VisionWorks, I was thrilled to find that this imaging was actually included in my benefits. Saving that extra $50 was a wonderful surprise and spoke volumes about their integrity. This was also my first time experiencing a virtual eye exam. While I wasn't sure what to expect from a telehealth visit, the process was smooth, professional, and very efficient. The entire staff was attentive and truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, both for contact lenses and eyeglasses. As someone who had LASIK over 10 years ago, I had hoped to never need corrective lenses again. While my vision has changed since then, the team here made the transition back into contacts feel easy and positive. I am simply grateful to have clear vision again and to be supported by such a caring team. Staff here is very friendly and professional. Dr. Braxton was excellent! He explained my results and advised me on the best contact lens options. I enjoyed my experience and will return next year.

I was extremely impressed with the staff and overall service. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My appointment was on time and went very smoothly. Was out in no time.

Everyone at the Watson location was great! They helped as soon as you walked in the door. The technician, Chris, who performed all the testing and imaging before I saw the doctor, was outstanding--personable, professional, and all-around great. I did a virtual eye exam, which I didn't realize I was scheduled for when I made the appointment. Honestly, I didn't really want that, but . Overall, it was a good experience, but in the future, I wouldn't do it again. I felt that once the call ended, if I had any further questions, I couldn't ask them.

Very friendly customer service. Staff very attentive and helpful. Did an in person eye exam and the Doctor did a thorough eye exam, and explained everything about my exam which has been something I had not had explained in other eye places. Very happy with the visit. I recommend them.

I have not had an eye exam in quite a while. My friend suggested Visionworks and I was honestly so impressed with everything. From the time you walk in until the time you leave everyone is absolutely AMAZING. Karen thank you for all your help at check out. I have never had a more thorough and educational exam. The customer service and customer service care at your Warner Robins store is by far the best customer service care/ customer service of any business that I have ever done business with! My first pair of glasses is paid for by my insurance, next month I am paying out of pocket for my second pair of glasses and recommend Visionworks to everyone whom I talk to!

I visited this Visionworks location for my son on 10/2/25 and had such a great experience! The staff -- Chris, Brandon, and Jaime -- were absolutely amazing to work with. They were so personable, patient, and kind, which made my son's first experience a pleasant and comfortable one. Thank you all for providing such excellent care!
