I took my daughter to get her glasses and they told me it would take 2 weeks to be completed. It has been 3 weeks no call or text to follow up. I have called daily to inquire about her glasses and stated that they don't have an ETA but they are on the way. Promised a call back but haven't done so. Very poor customer service.
