Myself and my sons have been patients here since relocating to Georgia in 2023. Every time we have an appointment I dread it because we are never seen right away. My first appointment I had to wait an additional 45 minutes from my appointment time and I arrived early. Today, my son's had appointments for 8:20 AM and 8:40 AM but yet weren't seen until over an hour later. The new manager advised that a lot of people had called out of work and she had to call in reinforcements just to do the appointments. (Perhaps reevaluate the staff that you have working so that you get more reliable employees?) The actual appointment itself only took about 20 minutes per child, but, to arrive at 8:15 in the morning and not leave until after 11 AM? Insane. The employees that were there had attitudes written all over their face, and I literally saw one of the employees rolling her eyes at the new manager when she came in to advise her to do a task.(Again, reevaluate the staff you have working because customers should not see that ). Not to mention that when the boys picked out their frames, the woman that checked us out, had us looking in the wrong place, and then on top of that, could not get the insurance correct even though I advised her multiple times of the insurances that we're being used. It got to the point that I just paid for the exams and left because my children had already missed more than three hours of School. And I will be going elsewhere to do my own appointment.

i ordered glasses and was told 2 weeks delivery after a couple phone calls it turned into 4 weeks, that should have been first red flag. I have worn glasses all my life and have never had a pair of glasses degrade over a short time like these have. I've had them a year and 2 months and they are unwearable with waves and curves in lens. i went to office today to get copy of prescription and see what could be done. i was told by a very unconcerned young lady the warranty was expired. i paid several hundreds of dollars for these glasses and oh well was the response i got. Now after just a year i have to go spend hundreds more for glasses. Very disappointed to say the least.

First time here after moving to WR. I used to go to another Myeyedr up in Roswell which was a pleasant experience, however this office is really poorly run. I got to my appointment on time and had to wait an additional 45 minutes just to get seen by an assistant. Then I have to do my exam VIRTUALLY (like a FaceTime with a doctor ). It was really cold and impersonal feeling. After that, they sent me to the front room and I had to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes to wait for someone at the glasses section to tell to sell me new glasses, when I really just needed to pay out and leave so I can get back to my dogs at home and go to work (which I was late for but I thought this ordeal shouldn't take 2 hours!). Most likely will be my last optometrist visit here

So I've been a patient since about 07 Dr. Gentile and Dr. Christie was there at the same time. So since Dr Christie has passed the office is NOT the same. The office manager is very disrespectful and unfriendly. The person that worked with me on my frames was very confusing and made a few mistakes well didn't explain well what we were doing with the choices I made for frames and I got all mixed up and she had to keep changing things in the computer only after I realized when she was almost done where the mistake was. I asked her a few more questions because I have to know what's going on but I realized then that she did not explain to me what was going on with a second choice. She seemed to started to get a little irritated with me I think but I meant no harm at all I just need to know so that there wouldn't be mistakes and that I clearly understood but she made the mistake not me. I'm glad I did ask a bunch of questions if not the order would have been really messed up. I apologized to her for haveing to go back in and change the issue back to what I first needed even though I know it was not my fault that she didn't explain well what she was changing and doing to my order for my glasses. She had me thinking that I would get my glasses and that I could get and pay for prescription sunglasses also but that wasn't the case it was only for one pair she never told me this that I had to make only 1 choice and not get both. Anyway she had to call the office Manager twice and this lady was so rude GOD knows I don't want to go elsewhere but I may have to travel to the Macon office for the first time next time. The doctor was AWSOME! I really like how he cared and explained what was going on and the changes that my vision and eyes are going through. This was a really first bad experience and I've been getting my glasses here like I said since it was Christie Eye care and have never felt regretful of going here. I sure miss Dr. Christie and some of the old staff well it was only the office manager that seemed to not have time or snapping at me when I had a question very unfriendly. But anyway I wish I could have talked to someone else about this issue posting this is not what I wanted but I had to say something. I felt really unwelcome by the office manager she seems to let off negativity with attitude and it was very unnecessary. The person that waited on me seemed to have felt drained or sad for having to call the woman for any help I see and felt why. It's very unfortunate I had to experience this and my child seeing her be this way also I felt bad for the sweet lady that was helping me also. Office manager needs proper training in being respectful to patients she seemed to be on a war path not once out of the two times she was asked for help did she smile nor was she friendly seemed as if she was a sergeant in the army or something. Do Better please by your patients and staff lady

I've been coming here for five years and it's always a pleasure. The ladies who got your frame are real experts and knowledgeable able the options allowed on my insurance. I'll recommend this doctor to anyone. Dr Christie checks for any problems with the entire eye, not just glasses. Very calming atmosphere.

Even though I felt like I was going to blow a head gasket because my insurance company didn't do what they were supposed to do, the young lady at the front desk stayed calm and the manager stayed patient as she promptly contacted my insurance company and got it all straightened out. The technician was very thorough as she explained everything that was being done and why it was being done. The same for the eye doctor. He was very attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions in layman's terms. The young man who completed my order for my eyeglasses explained everything that I was receiving and what was being covered. I'm very impressed and completely satisfied with the excellent service I received today. Two thumbs up to everyone at MyEyeDr for a job well done!!!!!

I want to just start off by saying what a wonderful experience I had here. When I first got there I was greeted by such a warm greeting. Even though there was a little bit of a line, they communicated with me that they apologize about the wait but would be able to help me. I was a little confused my the check in process since I'd never gone to Myeyedr before and these lovely women helped with through every step. Next as I was being taken back for the exam, the technicians were kind and all smiles even though they looked like they had been really busy. They took the time to make sure everything was right. I had the video assistant exam and my technician was fabulous. When the exam was completely I was guided to the show floor to browse through the numerous wonderful frames they had. The consultants were amazing and so kind to helped find a frame that worked perfectly for me. Even though I was kind of back and forth about a couple frames, my consultant was patient with me. Honestly, I couldn't believe how kind and helpful all these wonderful people were. How they all worked together as though they were a family. I had read reviews before coming here so I was a little hesitant. I gotta say definitely check out the place for yourself before you make your mind up based on reviews you find. I know this place will be the place I go for my exams and eyewear needs for now on. To the staff at Myeyedr, if you are reading this, thank you so much for all of your help. You ladies are top notch and wonderful!

Today was my first visit at this location and it was fantastic! From check-in to the eye examination and picking out my glasses....everyone was AMAZING! Shelly is awesome at what she does and is very personable. She made me feel very comfortable and just has a very sweet spirit about herself. Dr. Musgrove was amazing as well! Very knowledgeable and gave me a good report, thank God! And Stephanie was great as well. She went above and beyond with helping me pick out the perfect eyeglasses for me. Thank you all!
